The staff was friendly. The room was worn and didn't looked like in the pics at internet. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was... Not a breakfast, just two buns and tea. It is not worth the money to stay there. I felt a bit frauded because of the difference between the pics and the reality.

Modest hotel for people on budget, it's located on good place and offer good service, the staff is very kind and always willing to assist, the room is cleaned very well (important because breakfast is in the room) Even 2 stars is still expensive and overestimated, but this is overall situation in Brussels. Breakfast need to be requested explicitly from previous day. Mediocre overall looking because of not renovated very old building.

The hotel staff were horrible. The service elevators didnt walk properly. When making a booking for 2x triple room, the hotel staff turned around and put us in 3x double rooms on split levels. I do not recommend it, in particular due to the hotel staff who look to rip people off and do not provide any customer service. You are just another $ to them.

Location. The subway entrance is just in front of the hotel, so are many bus stops. Shopping street around the corner. Free wireless internet in the room, and I had a nice terrace with street view. It is really a hotel for budget travellers, don't expect nothing more. It's an old building and in need of some refurbishing.

Good location, very close to eu institutions. The worst hotel I've ever been, a complete renovation would be needed. Carpet, walls, bathroom very old and far from clean. Breakfast was poor.

The hotel's position over a busy pavement cafe and so close to the Metro and Parc Cinquantenaire made it a very convenient and attractive place to stay. The decor and standard of cleanliness was below standard for this price, even given the location. Time for some investment in hotel maintenance.

Location of the hotel is excellent with metro station a step away. Very easy to access from the north station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nonsmoking hotel but still I can smell smokes everywhere. I complained once but nothing happened. No fridge, no shampp/soap/etc. Breakfast delivered to your room is good and bad. On the good side, you don't have to travel to dining place, and the bad side is that you will see the same selection while you are staying. Elevator stops in the middle sometimes. You have to keep pressing the floor button a few times to get it move again.

Just the location is great. This hotel is horrible. We had just small towels to use after shower, Breakfast was very poor with cold milk instead hot milk. Our rooms never went cleaned during our stay. The day before the last one our room was open and there was a man and a child using our toilet. I never been in a hotel like that and I hardly do not recommend to anyone. Do not forget this name "derby". If you do certainly you will be sorry. Booking.com should discard this hotel from its list.

The location of this hotel is very good, being beside the park and beside the metro. While the basic services were available and the room was reasonably clean, the room was cramped and the decor throughout the hotel is very poor. The hotel is in need of considerable refurbishment.

The thing that I loved was my stay in this hotel was only for 2 nights. Dirty and old rooms. Walls full of cracks and holes. I think something was living in the walls!

I really liked quality-price ratio: the hotel was extremely cheap, but clean, in the centre, on the metro lines and hotel manager was were friendly. It is the deal if you dont expect luxury. And there is WiFi for free. Small hallways and rooms; bathroom equipment is satisfactory, but not excellent.

1. that continental breakfast served in the room was included. 2. that the price complied to EU renumeration for housing costs (100€ per day). 3. closeness to metro-line 5 kind of a moist smell in the room. smoking on the same floor.

Great for that end of town and right next to the metro station. Friendly staff. Very funny that smoking is not allowed but there are ashtrays in the rooms in case people do. Slightly down market but then very good value for money
