The region is also ideal for hiking and biking tours.
The reception is opened from 7h00am till 10h30am.
At your arrival you can collect your roomkey in one of the safes that you will find at the entrance of the hotel. Our reception staff will assist you through an intercom and will provide you the number of the safe and access code.
Our reception staff in the nearby located Hotel Corsendonk Viane is at your service 24/24 (Korte Vianenstraat 2).

Good modern design to the fittings in the apartment Apartments unattended most of the time, necessitating phone calls to the sister hotel. Building not well maintained; walls marked and carpets way past need of being replaced. We had to change apartment because the carpet in the first was covered in stains; second apartment little better. Heating very erratic & can't be controlled from the room. It took three phone calls to get some heat. Parking area inadequate. Back of building looks out onto waste land. Depressing location. Breakfast too expensive at €15. |

We liked the flexibility of the apartment and the casualness of the whole hotel. Though the reception was unmaned most of the time it was fine as we found everything we needed in our room. The hotel was also quite close to the centre about a five minute walk. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. We had our little girl with us and would definately go back again. No we loved everything. |

I liked the room, it was nicely designed and also the bathroom was nice. I did not like that there was nobody at the reception when I arrived (Friday afternoon) and that I had to make the check-out in the other hotel they have, |

schoon, ruim, vriendelijk te woord gestaan (maar dan via de intercom; we hebben geen personeel gezien, ook niet bij het uitchecken). Omdat er ook een eigen keukenblok aanwezig was, is het eigenlijk meer geschikt voor een langer verblijf, als je bijv. voor werk een tijdje in Turnhout moet verblijven. We hebben geen personeel gezien, dus erg anoniem. Op zich niet een groot probleem, maar dit is wel erg afstandelijk. Via de intercom werden we wel vriendelijk te woord gestaan, maar het duurde vrij lang voor er opgenomen werd. Het inchecken was wel duidelijk aangegeven, maar het uitchecken niet. Omdat er niemand achter de balie zit, moet je dan opnieuw via de intercom iemand bellen om te vragen waar de sleutelkaart moest blijven. |

Kamer is schoon, praktisch en mooi met lekkere bedden. De kamer met een ruim balkon is super en dat maakt alles goed. Ontbijt! Wat een vreselijk ontbijt. Alleen in het weekend in het andere oudbollige hotel wat te ongezellig is en niet past bij de design apartementen. Niks echt vers behalve het brood! Oud smaakloos voorgesneden fruit met veel te harde kiwi's, te zachte muesli en koffie uit automaat. Gebakken ei wat te lang ligt na te garen in alluminium bakken. En... dat voor 15 euro! |

De kamers zijn ruim, modern, design. Cool and clean. Tijdens het weekend is er helemaal niet aan de receptie en moet men aanbellen aan de voordeur om via de parlofoon een code te krijgen die dan moet ingetikt worden om een postbus open te maken waarin dan (eindelijk) de sleutelkaart ligt. Alles wordt in het Engels uitgelegd (via de parlofoon). Koeler en onpersoonlijker kan niet. |

De verwarming werkte niet. Men probeerde het eerst van op afstand op te lossen. Ik was al vanaf 15.30 u in de kamer en heb in de kou zitten werken. Uiteindelijk kwamen er pas rond 18.30 u werkmannen in de kamer die ons - discreet ze ook deden - in onze privacy stoorde. Men had ons toch beter een andere kamer gegeven! Verder was er geen shampoo en douchegel aanwezig. |

Un seul pass pour entrer dans la chambre et accéder dans l'hotel mais ce pass sert aussi de contacteur électrique pour l'appartement et comme il n'y a pas d'interphone, dès qu'une personne sort elle coupe l'électricité pour les autres. Pas pratique du tout. |

we werden naar een appartement gestuurd, dit was helemaal geen hotel. Geen personeel en electronische sleutel afgave. 's anderendaags blmeek het hotel aan de andere kant van de stad te liggen |
