Relaxed and welcoming ambience and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel, beside a canal, is in a quiet location. The buffet breakfast is excellent. |

Central location The bathroom was small. The bath was tiny, dangerous to get in and out due to the tap position. It was also chipped. |

The staff were very welcoming from the start, introducing the team plus the layout of the hotel and its runnings. Excellent service.The room was a deluxe room by the canal-fantastic view and facilities in the room. We also trialled the swimming pool-a tad cool-but pleasant and relaxing. As it was a birthday trip we both enjoed it tremendously, ideally located for the main squares, without the noise late at night! |

Superb view over canal. Excellent, atmospheric decor. Good restaurant. Room was distant from pool. Shabby entrance to room blocked by staff trollies. |

The welcome gesture, the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Nice, old style room (suite) "Not like" is not correct, but the breakfast was a bit limited in choice |

I liked the closeness of the htoel to the center of the city. Access to resturants were also good. The htoel was two seperate buildings where it was necessary to go to one location to eat breakfast and the other to eat dinner or to have beverages. |

The convenience to the city center and the excellent help. I need to know if we had prepaid this hotel. They took our reservation certificate from you and we could not get it back when we checked out. I thought we had prepaid it. Can you let me know. We did pay at the end of our stay. |

The central location on a canal, which our rooms looked onto. Some friendly and helpful staff, including Fred. Availability of car parking. The bronze boxer by the fireplace in the breakfast room. The dog Fidel, guarding the front door. Dinner and wines in the Pergola restaurant. The drinks terrace overlooking the canal. Carpet in our bedroom was vile. Some kitsch artwork and furnishings fitted uncomfortably alongside things that were tasteful and / or entertaining. Some furnishings a bit shabby. We asked for a double bed but were given a twin. Pricey for those paying in sterling. |

The receptionist and staff at the hotel were very accommodating and welcoming. The location in Bruges was excellent - we walked to many places & found excellent restaurants nearby. |

The staff are only too happy to please and make your stay as comfortable as possible, they are very approachable and helpful. The sauna didnt seem to be working and the pool was a little cold! however we did go quite late and it is off season. |

Le petit déjeuner est très complet et bien servi. L'endroit est assez romantique mais le personnel n'est guère sympa. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le rapport qualité prix. Il est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'ils offre. Les chambres "supérieures" ne sont guère supérieures car elle donne (la 38) sur un toit et un appareil de climatisation extérieur ! je ne vois pas où est le romantisme des canaux promis. |

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, le calme, la proximité, la vue sur le canal La piscine était fermée, personne ne nous à prévenu, le prix n'a pas changé pour autant. La chambre n'a pas été faite, on nous à répondu "ça arrive", ça ne devrait pas dans un hotel soi disant de luxe. La chambre et la literie était correcte, mais pas du niveau d'un hotel de luxe, alors que nous avions pris une chambre de luxe, d'ailleurs la photo mise en avant sur votre site, ne correspondait pas du tout à la chambre que nous avons eue. |

La situation de l'hotel , proche du coeur de la ville et néanmoins très calme le soir(en novembre ). La décoration , l'atmosphère , les tableaux , meubles , la très belle salle de petit déjeuner et la qualité de ce celui-ci.La gentillesse et la disponibilité des personnes La salle de bain et ses équipements ne sont pas au niveau des autres prestations .dommage |
