Spacious rooms and elegant decor. Beautiful setting in the middle of the forest The hotel is spread over a very large area, and the car park is a long way from the hotel entrance. Difficult to disguise its origin as an office building. Strange arrangement of bathroom and toilet door (glass) that provides little privacy. |

The pool, bed bathroom and location in the woods was great. The parking was terrible they had conference going on and shuttled you from 1/2 away and the shuttles didn't run early or late in the day. The air conditioning in the room was not that good. |

We went to this hotel on the basis of comments from booking.com. It was better than expected & I'd like to improve accuracy of comments by providing positive details: (1) hotel has 2 tennis courts, free to guests, and you can rent bikes to ride in the surrounding park; (2) good steam room, good sauna, excellent relaxation area outside under the stars; (3) rooms face the woods, quiet at night, fresh air, good beds; (4) tea kettle in room; (5) very nice design of rooms, pleasure to eyes & also useful (e.g. rocking chair, reading lamps on the bed, etc.). On top of this, hotel staff was friendly, very nice girls who speak fluent English. Will stay here again next time I'm in the area of Brussels. The only major improvement required is breakfast: (a) you wait for tea which is brought by a waiter; first of all, this means that to have 2 or 3 cups, you need to constantly catch his attention (difficult); secondly, even 1st cup this takes many minutes, so not possible to enjoy croissant with tea -- you eat croissant, then another, then your tea arrives; self-service tea machine would greatly improve experience; (b) there are only basic cheeses, which are not tasty, I had better selection at every Belgian hotel except for this one; (c) cereals: if you are from Florida & you eat choco-chips for breakfast, no problem; but if you want normal, organic cereal that is healthy and does not come in Mickey Mouse pack, you are in trouble. |

This is an ideal location. The setting in the woods is beautiful. Although it is a business hotel it is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The staff is very professional and friendly. All in all a very good experience. |

Très bel hotel, luxueux, chambres très belles, bien décorées toutes avec des vitres allant du sol au plafond (c'est un ancien immeuble de bureaux reconverti) avec vue sur la forêt. Très joli espace massage aux 5 Mondes, reposant (à réserver avant de venir le weekend). Hall d'entrée grand, joli bar. Bon rapport qualité/prix quand on bénéficie d'offres spéciales Booking.com.. Restaurant Argan cher (l'eau plate à 9 €, petit déjeuner 21,5 €), il y a mieux alentours. |

L'accueil, le décor, l'ambiance, le personnel disponible, le buffet trés varié du petit déjeuné , le calme,la proximité de bruxelles ainsi que des visites culturelles à faire Piscine pas assez chaude, chauffage des chambres trop limité ns sommes restés 2 nuits la 1ere nuit ns avons eu très froid certes ns avons peut être mal utilisé le chauffage au début mais c'était pas suffisant à notre gout mm mis à fond il y avait une différence entre le couloir et notre chambre |
