Het hotel ligt uitstekend voor wandelingen in de buurt en voor uitstapjes met de auto. Dat geeft een gevoel van vrijheid. Verder spreekt de staf Nederlands, een voordeel als je met kinderen reist. Jullie hebben de klacht van de niet opgeruimde kamer goed aangepakt. Wel blijkt de wc en de wasbak voor ontluchting van het afvoer gebruikt te worden, het klokt als beneden iemand bv doortrekt. De wc wordt er wat muffig door. Maar voor de rest een prachtige kamer.

Mooie wandelingen die vlak bij het Dolesca Park hotel starten. Midden in de natuur gelegen en toch centraal om de belangrijkste Ardeense steden te bereiken. Het hotel is netjes. Snelle in- en uitcheck. Kleine teleurstelling. Aan de ingang staat vermeld "Brasserie", maar toen wij arriveerden , omstreeks 15u00 met "kleine honger", vertelde men ons dat er pas vanaf 18u00 gekookt werd...(ontbijten kan tot 10u00). Tussen 10u00 & 18u00?

Ondanks dat het op een druk verkeerspunt is gelegen, hadden we totaal geen last van verkeerslawaai. Onze ruime kamer had een mooi uitzicht op de grote tuin. De badkamer had een toilet dat bleef doorlopen en ook op de vloer lekte. De douche was in het bad. Een glazen scherm diende als afscheiding, maar vloog bij lichte aanraking van de badrand af. Voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn zeer moeilijk in en uit te stappen ( geen beugel op de juiste plaats).

The rooms are large and clean. Despite the proximity to the main road it was nice and quiet in the room. The hotel restaurant serves relatively good food and a nice breakfast. The rooms, especially the bathrooms urgently need a facelift.

Erg vriendelijke eigenaars die Nederlands praten. Verder hebben wij daar enkel een dame blanche gegeten, maar die was erg verfijnd, zodat we veronderstellen dat het eten er erg lekker moet zijn. Alles is wel wat verouderd : zowel het bed als de badkamer. Maar toch erg netjes !

Wandelingen vertrekken aan het hotel. Vriendelijke gastheer. Dit hotel is geen aanrader.Kamers zijn oud en niet verzorgd. Ontbijt was ronduit slecht! We waren ruim op tijd, maar alles was op. Eieren, koffiekoeken en brood waren allemaal op. Brood hebben ze dan snel nog bij gebakken. Maar eieren en koffiekoeken konden we vergeten. Echt jammer. We waren teleurgesteld.
