Cancellation
Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

In the restaurant there is also a comfortable and welcoming bar for you to relax in, before or after your meal. You can exchange experiences with other guests or relax with a nice drink, enjoying the view.
Each day the chef takes on the exciting challenge of creating a multitude of delicious meals. You can choose between well-known dishes, regional specialties, seasonal meals or be surprised by his international cooking skills.
For small children, the hotel offers the Large Small Menu Card, which contains every child's favourites. The staff are aware that it's not easy for children to sit still, quietly, for a long period of time, so during meals they can enjoy themselves with paper games, and before or after they can watch a movie or play a game in the playing area.
The bar and restaurant opening times depend on the season. There is always a service to order bread for breakfast which can be picked up from 09.00 at the reception.
The bungalow park is located closed to the waterfalls of Coo (19km), Ovifat (Hoge Venen) 8 km, many musea like the carnaval museum or the paper museum.
The F1 circuit of Francorchamps is only 25 km from us, as well as Monschau.

I only stayed one night, what i liked most was the size of the studio, and the fantastic panoramas. The room was very basic, and it felt as if it had it's best time, but it was still very acceptable for the price. I liked the bed, very comfortable. I didn't like the floor in the studio, it was cleaned but a good cleansing can't hide the fact that it was a bit exhausted. Maybe time for a good renovation? Because all the houses looked great but could use a paintjob. As so for the interior, good but old. |

Rural nature, peacefulness, good value, view of the forest, relaxed atmosphere Hot water was only luke warm, one of the lights didn't work neither did the radiator in the bedroom. No kettle (just a filter coffee machine), and two single camp beds rather than proper double. |

The proximity to the motor racing circuit at Spa Francorchamps was what made me choose the hotel and this suited me perfectly for that requirement. |

It was reasonably priced and a good location for the Spa Francochamps race circuit. The bungalow needed some work - there were some things that needed mending. However, we were there for a race meeting and only used it to sleep and have a shower and it was a much better alternative to camping! |

Particularly calm, clean and cheap. Hot water was hot, cold water was cold. Toilet and shower worked well. Fridge was clean. We may come back for more week-ends to visit the Fagnes. TV connection was not satisfactory, which may be a problem during a longer stay. |

Close location to Formula 1 and good showers The room had an incredibly strong penetrating stench of damp emanating from the bathroom, they have serious damp issues, for the price we paid, this is not good enough! No one was available to see if we could switch rooms, but after reading other reviews, it seems most rooms are like this, If you must stay here I have a tip, as soon as you arrive, close the bathroom door and keep it closed, give the room a quick blast with the heaters and open all of the doors and windows, this will turn the damp stench into a musty stench, and given time if you keep the bathroom door closed the smell will lessen to a tolerable level in about a day or so. |

We have stayed here before. Very handy location for F1 at Spa- Francorchamps, only 20mins away. Good shopping in Malmedy too. Great views and fresh air. Simple but comfortable accommodation. |

they got the price right...but that's just about it. everything - from shower cubicle to the display cabinet in the room was falling apart, fitted carpet was filthy, the smell of sewage/mould in the room was almost unbearable. |

The chalet was a quiet and comfortable base, very convenient for visiting Spa. The view from the balcony was beautiful despite poor weather Checking in and out was not as easy as I'd have liked, probably because my stay was out of season. The reception was only open for a short time for check in and shut when I came to leave, with nowhere to leave the key. |

mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht vanuit de chalet, rustig ,voldoende privacy,goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding, lekker warm, gezellige open haard aanwezig, alles voorradig wat je nodig hebt. infrastructuur was wel verouderd, aanrecht sterk beschadigd daardoor niet hygiënisch , binnen de chalet zeer dunne wanden . |
