Staff don't speak a word of english. This can be a big problem if like me you don't know French

small nice castle with castle atmosphere and old ghosts :-) really fantastic. good internet. nice and friendly staff

communication in English not always possible however almost not necessary

L'environnement "nature"

Un côté "surfait". Le prix du petit déjeûner € 20/personne pour un buffet qui n'en est pas vraiment un, loin s'en faut !

Le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre. La propreté de la salle de bain.

Although compared the location and building one expects something's special, but the hotel itself was disappointing. The one remaining surprise was the Spa, which was very good. We had to ask for the suite that we booked ( they tried to put us in a regular double room first )

The staff showed no compassion. Not to it's guests, nor to the hotel itself. Breakfast was very disappointing and in combination with the room ( we booked a suite ) far too expensive.

La situation, le calme, le décor

petit déjeuner un peu faible (pas en rapport avec le reste)

Le personnel m'a aidé dès mon arrivée pour une location de voiture, il se sont vraiment occupé de tout Jusque la livraison de la voiture dans l'hotel. Le lendemain je me suis réveillé en retard a 11h, j ai appeller pour la libération de la chambre, ils m'ont rassuré en me disant de prendre mon temps, ils m'ont même demandé si je souhaiter tout de même prendre mon petit déjeuner. Je garde un souvenir excellent du personnel de l'hôtel qui a été gentil et pro, en particulier Anaïs qui a contribuer a faire de notre court séjour un moment d'exception.

La télé un peu petite et le lit un peu mou.

het is een unieke locatie, tegen betaalbare tarieven

het ontbijt kost 20,-€ en is ronduit mager. Verder is de spa niet open op maandag, terwijl dit niet gezegd is, ook op de site van booking kan je dit niet terugvinden. Evenals het restaurant welke bij het hotel zit, ook gesloten. Ik had op voorhand bij hotel gïnformeerd en toen werd er niets gezegd over een gesloten restaurant. Door de verkeerde informatie heb ik dit hotel gekozen, in de toekomst ga ik hier niet meer terug. In de regio zijn overige hotels met vergelijkbare luxe

Beautiful location, splendid lounges meaning plenty of space and different atmospheres available for the relatively few rooms giving one a great sense of indulgent luxury. Room well maintained. Overall a great experience.

Staff are overworked. Only one woman had to be receptionist, cleaner, bar tender, telephonist, breakfast maker etc etc, a job she coped with very well but which did mean that one got less than the full attention one might expect from this kind of luxury hotel.The breakfast seemed very expensive for what was on offer. Wi-fi worked well in the lounge but was too weak to reach the bedroom. They told me this was a temporary fault and gave me a cable which proved incompatible with my computer. The lounges close after 10pm so I had to stop internet related work then. Indeed the hotel is unstaffed after 10pm so don't arrive late - you get a computer key to gain access but obviously won't be able to check in.

Das Hotel ist in einer alten Villa umgeben von einem riesegen Park. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - sehr angenehmes Ambiente - Angegliedert ist ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant - der Besuch lohnt sich.

Das Spa ist sehr angenehm; mit 30,-Euro für Sauna, Dampfbad und Wirlpool allerdings zu teuer.
