zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel vergane glorie, hotel is in slechte conditie, zelfs geen warm water |

Dit viersterrenhotel is zijn vier sterren helemaal niet waard ! Dit kon je merken zowel bij het zeer povere ontbijt, als bij de avonddiner (voorgerecht was schandalig en rode wijn was zeer koud geserveerd). Er is ook ondermaatse welness aanwezig, turks stoombad en jacuzzi werkten niet, het water van het zwembad was zeer koud - kortom triestig ! Wij raden dit hotel ten zeerste af ! |

Gezelligheid, personeel vriendelijk en stond steeds klaar ik denk dat er personeel te kort was, dit wil niet zeggen dat we niet tevreden waren over het personeel, integendeel, de douchekop was stuk in het zwembad, en de douche + hammam waren buiten dienst. Het zwembadwater mocht wel wat warmer zijn met onze kindjes. |
