Quiet location set in pleasant grounds with good facilities convenient for the towns of Malmedy, Stavelot and the Spa Francorchamps race circuit. |

The location was fine, but signposting to the hotel quite poor. Restaurant food was poor and not up to the standard claimed. It takes a rare talent to ruin fresh vegetables, but the chef succeeded with flying colours. Excellent frites (what else would you expect in Belgium?) did not compensate. |

1) very helpful English-speaking staff at the reception 2) good choice at breakfast buffet 3) location very close to Haute Fagne nature reserve 1) built in 1974, some of hotel's facilities are out of date and badly maintained - tennis courts are permanently broken and littered 2) hamam permanently broken 3) no towels supplied for swimming pool or sauna, so I saw many people sitting in sauna without putting towels underneath, which is unhygienic |

the proximity to activities all of it!old hotel. no more to be rated 4*. Very poor quality for money. At hilton in Paris you pay less for more. Swim. pool was not clean and bad access. Room pink with dated furniture +very basic bathroom.We booked a familly room with bunkbed(picture on site)but small room with no practical bed 4kid. Breakfast in a no window room with not enough tables to sit on our own. |

The surroundings. The hotel is situated in a nice landscape, peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated on the decoration side however good value for money. |

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goede behandeling. Kan hier verder niet veel meer over zeggen, aangezien wij maar 1 overnachting hebben gemaakt. |

Het hotel was voor ons een super verblijf, de geschakelde kamers voor de kinderen zijn echt SUPER ! Met kleine kinderen is het hotel te sjiek, alles was zo netjes gedekt en als je daar met de kinderen gaat eten, dan verstoor je al snel de rust (die in het hele hotel heerst) voor de anderen. |

het personeel aan de receptie was vriendelijk, de kamers waren proper en verzorgd, koffie en thee op de kamer is positief. Lawaai van andere hotelgasten in de buurt van de kamer is wel heel goed hoorbaar, zoook wanneer iemand naast je kamer een bad of douche neemt hoor je dit heel goed.Douche aan zwembad was defect, dit mag niet .Tuin en groen rondom het hotel , niet verzorgd,veel onkruid . |
