The owners are very kind. Room is quite cosy and comfort, very nice details. Breakfast is good too.
Very attentive and well-informed hosts; traditional style and decoration of room; spacious room; breakfast served in room; pleasant view over gardens; convenient free parking.
Access to room via tricky staircases; bathroom/WC not on same floor as bedroom; temperature of shower water tricky to adjust.
Kathy and Benedict could not have done more to make our stay at the Domus Brugensis more welcoming or comfortable. Arriving by car Benedict was immediately on hand to direct us to our parking space opposite. The room is a delight and our only regret is we were only there for one night. The centre of the beautiful old town is just a short and pleasant walk away. Breakfast was awesome, we very much look forward to another visit, thank you both! p.s. No TV - wonderful!!
Everything was fine! Good value for money. Nice host of the apartment met us late in the evening. Showed us everything, helped to carry our luggage upstairs. Free private underground parking near the house. In the morning we were given a magnificent breakfast in the room. It was a very pleasant stay. I would reccomend!
Bathroom and toilet are on lower floor, so I couldn't understand if they are private or not. But it was not a problem really.
Hospitality is just perfect- hotel holders are one of the most kindly people at all. The design of room made pretty nice. Private parking is locating in 10 meters by hotel. Wifi quality is very good. Also the breakfast was amazing.
If you walk bare foot in a room it's a small chanse to catch a splinter.
By far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Dick and Katy were extremely hospitable. The room is beautiful, the location was quiet but close to the highlights of Bruges, and the breakfast was fabulous.
That I had only booked 2 days there.
Kathy and Dick were very helpful (they gave us a ride from and to the train station!), friendly and charming - we felt at home, from the beginning right to the end of our stay! Thank you very much for everything, you made our trip an unforgettable experience!
Nothing to worry or complain!!!!
Stay there for two days 5-6 Apr 2014. Everything was absolutely great. Very beautiful, cozy, clean and BIG room with a lot of beautiful stuff in there. There is only one room for the guests and this make you feel very special. The hosts (Kathy and Benedict) was very hospitable and ready for help. The breakfast was served in the room on the table just nearby big window with a garden view. The breakfast itself was simple, but the choice was very good (two types of ham and cheese, four types of bread, butter, jam, freshly baked (still warm) croissants, fruit salad, freshly squeezed orange juice and so on). It was so nice to relax on the sofa and drink a tea with Belgian chocolate after a long walking day (there is a pot, caps and more the 10 types of tea for your choice in the room). Free wi-fi with good speed also available. Forget to take a guide book with you – it’s not a problem, lot of ones in different languages freely available just in the room, there even was something in Russian :-). We really felt like at home there and did not want to leave! As a result – 10 of 10! Vlad and Tanya
Everything!!! Beautiful place, lovely people... Magical. We felt at home!
Lovely couple. Friendly, hospitable, accommodating.
breakfast was very good, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful!
Wonderful staying!!Beautiful, charming room, very good breakfast and comfortable bad!! The owners have been so nice and welcoming that we really felt to be at home!!
nothing besides quite high stairs
A delightful spacious exposed beam attic setting, with our own lounge and dining area as well. Very comfortable clean and quiet with a reasonable breakfast. Cathy and Dick were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful
The private bathroom and toilet were downstairs from the room, with the room itself on the second level. Access to the first level from the ground floor is via a treacherously steep and narrowly stepped staircase.
