I was very pleased by the welcome service. We got upgraded to a superior room although this was the first time for us. Only bad point is the lunch included in the spa care day, way too light compared to what has been announced. |

The service, superb, it wiped out any misfortune. Great they are doing renovations. The hotel is right beside a main road, coup be noisy when window is open. To use the pool, you have to pay, which is expensive considering it's not a budget hotel. Also, no coffee in the room and some of the beverages (orange juice), had expired date (2008). |

The food was very good and although the hotel looks old from the outside, the interior is quite modern and comfortable The wellness centre was a disgrace.The pool was cold.The whirlpool could only manage two people at a time.The wellness staff on duty at the time were extremely unprofessional.On ordering a massage I was not told that the masseuse was ill, instead they pawned me off to what I can only describe as a complete amateur and rude.The room was cold and the ambience very uncomforting. |

The spacious room, cleanliness, our lovely view ( an added 75 Euro), food. Every amenity had a price added to it, with exception of the indoor pool. Robes (14E), the hammam, whirlpool, wellness centre (26E) to the wireless internet (36E)! When a hotel is advertised featuring those services/amenities then they should be included in the quoted price. Extra treatments (massages, facials) should have additional cost. |

Chambre "Suite junior" très spacieuse et calme située à l'arrière avec vue panoramique sur la ville. Service buffet au diner et déjeuner copieux et choix pour tous. Spa / detente peu de place par rapport au nombre de voyageurs. Longue file d'attente à l'acceuil au moment de règler sa note.l |

De properheid van het ganse hotel, inclusief zwembad. Het ontbijt is perfect, personeel zeer vriendelijk, spraken zelfs nederlands. De kamers zijn ruim, ook de badkamer. Voor ons was alles perfect. |

Les infrastructures "thalasso" sont géniales (vue sur bois dans le sauna!!), le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel (varié, frais, ... de tout!!), le service de l'accueil (qui a bien voulu nous donner une chambre plus au calme que devant la route!), la chambre était superbe. Le manque de personnel au bar et à la thalasso! Une personne pour servir au bar (une vingtaine de tables) et une personne au centre de détente (pour donner les peignoirs...qui ont manqué à un moment donné, pour donner un coup de raclette par terre, pour les soins aussi sans doute) : c'est vraiment une grosse lacune!! Dommage... |

Hôtel : petit-déjeuner correct Situation : La région des Ardennes, les forêts alentours, chemins de randonnées Chambre prête tardivement (ne pas arriver trop tôt), chambre donnait sur une route bruyante dès tôt le matin et jusqu'à tard le soir, spa en supplément alors qu'il n'est pas extraordinaire (1 hamman, 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi sans charme particulier ni ambiance), fontaine à eau dans le spa vide, piscine trop petite. Après avoir séjournés à l'excellent Dorint Seefeld (Autriche) nous avons été bien déçus. |

De kamer was ruim en had zicht op de omringende bossen. We hadden half pension geboekt. Het buffet op zaterdagavond was lekker, maar het eten werd niet aangevuld. Bovendien werd het eten bij manier van spreken op het bord 'gesmeten'. |

Hôtel polyvalent idéale pour un w-e de détente en couple ou en famille. Suite Junior avec une superbe vue sur la vallée. Promenade dans la forêt, shopping et Thalasso. Restaurant un peu bruyant. |

het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker , ook het buffet 's avond was zeer lekker. kamer was stofferig , zeker in de kasten; in weken of maanden niet uitgekuist.Veel lawaai van de baan aan de voorkant van het hotel. |
