friendly, very good easter dinner. System with coupons (room number) for drinks works very good emergency exit: hard way to find the stairs (when fire/smoke) on the different floors cause they are located on different places

fijne ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel, zeer netjes en lekker eten. De kok kwam persoonlijk vragen of alles in orde was. Bood zelfs aan het menu enigzins aan te passen. Zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit neen

l'accueil et la gentillesse de la patronne ainsi que le personnel. la propreté et la bonne odeur des draps (très rare dans les hôtels)!! petit déjeuner excellent &très varié. hotel situé à qq mètres de parcours pédestres. infrastructure sauna très bien. chambres très confortables. possibilité de tout ajuster si mécontentement, la patronne garde le sourire en toute occasion!

Het personeel en de bazin zijn zeer klant- én kindvriendelijk Het hotel heeft een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Lekker ontbijt en prima diner! proficiat aan de kok(s)! Na een stevige wandeling rond het meer, is de sauna echt deugddoend. Wij komen zeker terug!

La situation géographique car il est situé au bord d'un magnifique lac. Le personnel de l'hotel, gentil,souriant et aimable. Le repas de bonne qualité. Les travaux dans la rue de l'hotel, obligé d'accéder à l'hotel via une déviation, mais c'est indépendant de leur volonté.

Hotel "du Lac" in Butgenbach is een heerlijk hotel om te verblijven. De ontvangst is zonder meer hartelijk, het eten is er heel lekker en de bediening is zonder meer super vriendelijk. We hebben voor de eerste keer kennis gemaakt met dit hotel, maar het staat vast dat het zeker niet onze laatste keer zal zijn. De ligging bij het meer is geweldig. Kortom, een aanrader voor al wie wil genieten
