A convenient hotel in the centre of Brussels - I've stayed here many times as it is close to our clients' offices. Some of the rooms are rather small and could do with redecoration, but others are good (particularly the rooms in the annex to the rear, which is also nice and quiet). Wifi connection can be poor in some locations such as the annex. Some beds could do with new mattresses and third floor rooms can be hot and stuffy, especially in summer. Breakfast good though limited choice. But overall it is good value and reliable. Rooms at the front can be rather noisy. |

Central location, very polite personel, the breakfast was very nice - service was very quick, The (single) room was very small - but it contained everything necessary. The water in the shower did not get quite warm enough (but then, in a colleague's room it never got cold enough to shower). |

The hotel is nice, very well situated (close to Madou metro station), warm, clean, with a kind staff and a great price/quality ratio (I paid 55E per a single room). |

NOTHING!!! The Hotel is a cheap place with room filled with bedbugs. I have never seen such a miserable place in my life. Will NEVER suggest anyone to stay here, not even my foes. Copy of my email sent to Hotel Hi, What a shame! What a really nasty hotel I selected for one night and I am still suffering after a week. I stayed in your hotel on 12th Dec i.e. this saturday night (room no: 201); I paid €55 for a night and I get to keep all your bed bugs. I am really allergic to bed bugs and have clearly managed to bring them back with me to my house in London. Since monday I have been trying different medicines, bug sprays and other bug removal techniques but I'm still in trouble. I have probably spent over £40 so far for these things. In short your hotel room has cost me nearly £100 for one night? Is this a joke? I've traveled all over europe and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. |

The inside is quite new, modern but has a nice, warm atmosphere. The rooms were spacious. Rooms at the backside of the building look at a nice and quite yard - rooms on the frontside are a little louder due to the street. The staff was friendly and quick. |

The location was not the best but still great. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are little bit small and should be cleaner. |

the hotel was clean. The staf were unfriendly. there was no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. There was a business meeting room 5 yards from our room with a large window partition so each morning as we left the room we were greetd by 20 or so staring businessmen. it was very strange. Also there was no 'do not disturb' tag for the door so on one morning we got walked in on on 4 seperate occasions by the cleaning staff! |

The hotel is not far away from city centre. Room was clean. I was staying in the room with a window to a street. Despite that traffic is not very heavy on that street, during the night you can hear every car passing by. Too much noise comes from the street. TV is very small with little programs. |

convenient location for EU duties, nice neighbourhood, interesting design of the interior, early hour of breakfast serving (6.30), intriguing technical adjustment of staircase for hotel use some of rooms too small, no wine available in the hotel bar - only beer... |

I lıke the historical building renovated very nicely in a modern way. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are too small. No English broadcasting TV channels were available on the TV. I think this is a handicap for such a hotel with international guests.TVs were too small, and were put almost on the ceiling, make it hard to to look at the TV. |

Wifi only available in common area, not room. The room number on my key and the number on the door were not the same. After I was in bed, a man entered my room by mistake! I did not sleep very well after that. No hot breakfast. |

The breakfast offered was fine. The location is unsafe and in an area that is being rehabbed not to mention not near anything. We were given a room that was dirty, carpet ripped, plywood unfinished furniture, shower too small to really use and loud from the street. We would not have stayed had it not been late. I am sure there are better rooms as people in breakfast room appeared to be just your average business person/traveler and I am sure they wouldn't be in rooms such as ours. We left and went elsewhere. |
