The rooms at Congress have a private bathroom and a satellite TV. Each morning a continental-style buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room. During warmer weather, guests can relax in the peaceful garden courtyard with a book or a refreshing drink. Free Wi-Fi connection is available in the public areas. hotel wqws in good locqtion room wqs up three flights of very narrow steps, no staff would assist. Customer service was extremely poor. It was the worst value hotel we stayed in during our tw0o month stay in europe

Not a bad walk to Grand Place and museums. Very hot room (even though the temperature outside wasn't too bad). Tiny lift was scary-slow with a heart-stopping drop each time it landed on the third floor. Hotel staff weren't rude, but definitely were not friendly or particularly helpful.

Breakfast was very timely and well laid out. The staff was polite and helpful. The wi-fi was a boon. Location of the hotel is ideal as it is very close to all the points of interest and access is good by way of trams and metro. We had a very early check out to catch a 7 am international flight and they helped us organise a taxi at 4.30 am. The bathroom door handle was broken. It took the Hotel two days to fix it. The bunk beds for kids were too creaky and noisy. Every turn in the bed would make a lot of noise.

I think it is a nice hotel - staff are fine and the rooms are clean and functional - a decent size too. Breakfast was fine, check-in and check-out are reasonaly timed. I would stay there again and it has a bit of character - unlike the chain hotels. I think these days all hotels need to provide free room based internrt access. Therefore I would have to say that the lack of this let the hotel down.

The location of the hotel wasvery good for sightseeings and nearby Grand Place The hotel wasn't very clean.During the weekend there was a problem ( there wasn't hot water because of a technical problem ) and the stuff was not wiiling to help us find a solution.I Wasn't pleased at all

The hotel is conveniently located, not very far from the main station. There was a weird smell all over the place both in the reception and in the room. Also, the staff were not particularly polite.
