very poor breakfast, ugly breakfast Room, not clean, not comfortable, dark rooms.

rooms were v good we had two rooms and they were next to each other the only ones on the floor. The rooms were clean basic but just what we wanted for a two night stay. Had read some bad reviews but these did not aply yo our stay. We were greeted in a friendly manner and everything about the hotel was explained to us. The staff were very attentive through out our stay. The location was excellent for the beach and the shopping. Would certainly stay here again .

room was in a terrible state. The toilet acually leaked over the whole bathroom floor. Shower was disgusting felt like I needed another shower after using. Breakfast was very bland.No one on hand to help with coffee machine

Good price for accommodation and breakfast in the morning for money.

Cold showers on last morning, we had to wait an hour before we could have a hot one!

The front desk clerk, Richie, was very friendly and accommodating.

We were given an occupied room which has a suspicious bag. After going down stairs and explaining this to Richie he gave us another room that he had checked and deemed clean. The room still seemed unkept and the shower was questionable with a hole on the floor that act as a drainage.

I was able to check in as soon as I arrived and the staff are very friendly as well as helpful

Simple and unpretentious hotel with relatively basic accommodation and in-room facilities. But that's exactly what I expected for the price. Breakfast was excellent and being on a budget with no time pressure I enjoyed it lesiurely. Pleasantly buzzy bar on the ground floor was a plus too.

The only minor niggle I have is that the hotel signage isn't facing you if you walk along the promenade and then go down the street. I passed it when I first walked past despite the fact that it is correctly placed on the map.

Not a lot ,some very dodgy people running the bar and the desk,police came to the hotel twice on sunday night,evidence of drug taking late at night in side bar certainly not the place for children or mature people

the room was good clean and very warm.

the beds were both single put together as a double with both single duvets. the morning food was good but nobody was about to tell you what to do and where everything was.

The staff was very friendly. En we had no complains

One of the bedrooms in the old part of the hotel needs knocking down and starting again.It didn't spoil the weekend though.

Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the room 31 is not fit for purpose , dirty , no day light, shower unusable, I have tried hard to be as objective as I can , but this hotel should not be trading as one.
