Very vriendly staff. Perfect location for beach holiday as well as shopping trip. Close to railway station. Good diner and breakfast.

I stayed in room 11 on the first floor; The room was a little creepy as the only window looked out on a shaft with the fire stairs.Therefore there was no direct light nor fresh air. The room did not 'smell' good and was rather noisy. Also in the bathroom I could 'enjoy' all neighbour's activity. Overall impression: the hotel needs a facelift.

The only complaint I can have about the hotel is that from the room you hear stronly and over all night the music of the hotel bar, at least, if you sleep at the first floor. La unica queja que puedo tener del hotel es que desde la habitación se escucha fuerte la musica del hotel toda la noche, al menos, desde la primera planta.

It had English programmes on the TV, the night porter was very friendly and I enjoyed the early morning breakfast.

The shower room needs a non slip floor, I nearly did myself an injury when the shower went cold and skidded across the floor.

Close to everything: beach, pubs, resto, shopping..and for a good price

Very hospitable staff, very accomodating. Simple but nice breakfast buffet with adequate local spread. The renovated wing is really comfortable and worth the price: nice size bedroom and bathrooms with hairdryers. Cozy lounge and brasserie. Around the corner of the beach - that I did not get to see up close due to too busy. In the middle of the going out area and close to the shopping center.

Please hurry up and renovate the whole hotel!! Even solo travellers don't deserve a matchbox bathroom. The second elevator in the old part is tiny - only to be used by people who are really close. The way leading to that lift can do with extra lighting due to the uneven floor surface near the reception. Next time I am booking a double room for sure and requesting the renovated wing. I am going back there!

Friendly , helpful staff, nice bar area, close location to the beach and main shopping street and nightlife ; sky sports bar near by.

The staff very friendly and helpful.

The room Very small Couldn't swing a cat inside had to put suitcase back into our car, as it was impossible to walk around it to get to the bathroom. Saying this other rooms might be bigger with more space apart from the above our stay was very pleasant .

The hotel staff were so helpful in helping us park our cars and were very friendly when we spoke with them in the hotel bar about our trip offrering helpful advice to make our stay more enjoyable

The rooms were not quite as nice as the hotel reception,bar and restaurant would lead you to believe but they were by no means bad just in need of modernising.

nous avons été déçu par la chambre assez vetuste; la salle de bain de bain trop petite, douche dangereuse étant donné que c'est dans une baignoire sabot. qualité du petit déjeuné modeste, simple.

Ich muß sagen wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt über dem Hoteleingang wo auch eine art bistro drin ist, wir haben bis morgens um 05:00 uhr keinen ruhigen schlaf bekommen, mitten in der nacht waren leute auf dem gang gewesen die telefoniert haben (2 Zimmer auf der Etage / 1 Zimmer von uns) das die Hunde die wir dabei hatten die ganze zeit am knurren waren. Die Betten total weich waren, der fußboden war total versieft das man sich nicht mal traute barfuß durch das zimmer zu laufen. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten um das Hotel herum. Einfach absolut nicht zu empfehlen
