good and quiet location, good and fresh breakfast, fair price, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room and the bathroom was clean, always hot water. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay in spite of the minor drawbacks mentioned. We might come back.
the hairdryer was out of order, there were only 2 TV-channels when they promised at least 10, there was no wifi in the room on the 4th floor (only at the ground floor), the room was very small, lack of soap/shampoo/conditioner (there was only one kind of liquid soap) the matrass was old- we woke up with back-ache.
than k you all perfect for me
STAYED AT HOTEL MANY TIMES STAFF ALWAYS HELPFULL AND GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY ROOMS ARE ALWAYS VERY CLEAN
For a 2-star hotel everything was very good - the breakfast was big and filled us up for the whole day.
every thing was great
Slecht onderhouden Niet proper
location, painted doors
tv not working, no shampoo, no gluten free breakfast
STAFF LET US HAVE A LATE CHECK OUT
NOISY , DARK , MIDGES AND GOT LOTS OF BITES . SMALL LIFTS DARK RECEPTION AWFUL BREAKFAST ROOM , DIRTY BUCKET OF WATER IN LIFT . NOISY ON MAIN ROAD IN SJOR DREADFUL
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the hotel's decoration on the room doors. The breakfast was very good.
It's not a big deal but the shower had one of those curtains that cling to you once the water comes on. Made taking a shower a bit of a challenge but, again, it wasn't a big deal.
You must accept this is a 2 star hotel but the staff give service of 5 star - they couldn't have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble! Food was very very good value and ample. A credit to the owner.
Nothing at all.
central to the bus routes etc
disappointed that we were charged more money for a saturday night when we were staying for five nights. the size of the room was far to small. we had to report that the heating was on in the room and every day someone was sent to fix this, but it never went off and this made the room far too hot. we were lucky it was on the fifth floor and we could leave the window open. we got stuck in the lift and had been pressing the alarm button and tried to use the lift phone but no one answered. we did manage to get it going by pressing 0 and complaining to the person on duty who didnt know this had happened. When in the bar if it was raining and people were outside smoking the door was left open and the smoke came back into the bar making it very uncomfortable. while we were in having breakfast there was a man with a dog who was allowed to be fed at the table off a fork and paws on the table.
We were a group of 15 booked into 6 rooms. On arrival we were informed Booking.com had double booked our rooms we were put into 4 rooms a 5,4,3,3.some guests aged between 60-70 years old sleeping on camper beds which were fitted behind the doors because there was not enough room. The situation was a disgrace and we can only hope that something can be done about this before we think about booking again with Booking.com
A really uncomfortable hotel...not clean, teared towels..no window..
- location very near to the beach, good rooms and accomodation, friendly staff, good breakfast-buffet with various choices in food and drinks... For a weekend I should certainly go back!
- First 2 levels noisy because the bar downstairs is open all night, poor choice on tv chanals but I don't travel to watch tv, although we had a good flatscreen and our national VRT television, around 15 chanals in total...
Very noisy at night due to people at the hotel which is open 24 hours. Television screen/broadcasting quality horrible.
Breakfast is ok!
No sea view hotel, Small room with small window, to the fire escape... Same crypt...
Breakfast was very good.
bathroom dirty,toilet dirty,no shampoo,floor stinks
We loved the happy hour and the friendly staff and atmosphere.
Location, good value for money, 24h reception service and bar, good breakfast.
Minor complaint: small bathroom; a bit of a squeeze to use the toilet.
I was 2nd time guest of the hotel. Good staff, good location, very good price, good bar and good food.
Great location room very nice staff very helpful breakfast lovely would stay again
Clean and comfortable, good price, breakfast plentiful. Very close to Ostende's beer star, the 'Bottle' bar at the Marion Hotel
Bathroom on the compact side but functional
Got what you paid for really, £30ish for bed and breakfast with your own shower and toilet.
Think they spent more money on the arty, film star inspired doors than the rest of the hotel out together.
Good located and the decoration was nice
