We enjoyed the hotel and Brugges so much that we will be going back with friends in November. Excellent value for money, super location by a pretty canal, hearty breakfast and jolly staff
Their bread is the best I've ever tried!
The location was great - 5 mins from main square. The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful
The price of a meal in Brugge! Very expensive to eat out
Room was comfortable & clean. Nice view of the canal. Car was locked safe on their property. Nice breakfast.
Parking surplus was a little pricy.
A little bit tired and jaded decoration. No tv

the bathroom was old and old tools
Really friendly staff, excellent budget option. quiet and comfortable. Fantastic location, quiet and short walk away from major centre
Some variance between room facilities, we happened to have a weird bathroom door, but this is minor if you're looking for decent budget options
the hotel is small and very close to center. the rooms are small and comfortable, with good beds, good wifi and view on a Bruges characteristic channel. the staff is very nice and you can have a rich breakfast in the morning. it definitely was a pleasant stay
very easy to find location, love the hearty breakfast (included in room rate), very helpful kitchen staff, very homey and cosy overall ambience
Very nice location - beautiful canal in front of the hotel, quiet street, close to the city center and main sites. An electrical cattle in the room, its nice to have a cup of hot tea or coffee sitting in your suit in the evening.
We were not supplied with enough soap, shower gel and tea bags.
Location very central for Bruges activities
Friendly staff. Went out of their way to explain highlights of the town & what to see & do. Good wifi access. Lift access
Damp smell in the room. No television.
We were leaving early at 7am and the hotel staff got breakfast ready earlier than normal for us. Excellent service. Had a room at the top of the hotel overlooking canal and part of town; brilliant views.
Staff was really nice and helpful with parking instructions. Location is good easy walk to old city Centre.
Room needs renovation. Bathroom not clean enough. Kettle is also dirty.
Easily accessible; very close to the centre; nice outlook on to one of the waterways. Great old map in breakfast room
Close to sights
Ideal for short stay in Brugge. Very comfort location - just few steps from city centre, very close to railstation at the same time very quiet around
A bit old matrasse on the bed. Breakfast is a bit poor.
The service was extremely helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help us with parking our car right behind the building. It was easy to find using our GPS so we drove straight there (I'd heard horror stories about the ring roads). The room was large and sunny and a great price for us. There was a market a couple of minutes walk away and then another 10 (probably 5 without crowds) to walk to the Markt. Breakfast was good and several options.
Wifi a little weak in the room.
The whole hotel has a great atmosphere: we felt like home while on the go. Lovely, relaxed location - yet easy to find. A really pleasant experience
It was only 5minute walk into the center of Brugge
It was unclean, towels were covered in mud (i hope) the floor was sticky and the room dark and basic. Only one plug and to plug kettle in you have to get under desk which could fall apart. Walls so damp and stained I was concerned there was a leak.
Location was great, easy walk to all the sights. Nice view of the canal. Lovely restaurant next door, cosy dining upstairs and excellent food. Simple breakfast included in price. Kettle with tea and coffee provided in room.
Wifi not good in room but worked well in foyer. Not really a big problem.
very close to the historic centre. friendly and helpful staff.
two wifi options, both poor signal in room
