Location was excellent, breakfast was excellent, Brugges is a place everyone should visit.
Very bad bathroom and breakfast
Breakfast - barely adequate Room size and condition uncomfortable. The issue with location is that it is a small town and almost all hotels are in a good location. The price is too high even for a tourist-trap town. I have enquired a little and found better hotels more modestly priced.
Great little hotel. I only stayed for one night but I wish I had stayed a few more. It is close to the city center and a short walk from the main station, the room is very comfortable and the breakfast is well served.
excellent location, very friendly homely hotel.continental breakfast good. rooms comfortable, .good value for money.
a bit dated.
Location, can walk to/from train station easily, reasonably quiet, family run friendly service
very pleasant and helpful host comfortable bed hotel had heaps of character breakfast excellent good value for money
wifi a bit iffy bath was great, but shower rose was only hand-held
Staff friendly and welcoming, and kettle in room. Great breakfast and good value for money!
Little bit dated and smelly but Brugge is quite dated place anyhow.
Very friendly, helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, lovely canal view, quiet yet very central, excellent value for money - would definitely stay here again!
The "double" bed was two single matresses placed together.
The location near car park could not be bettered. very friendly reception
it was not possible to maintain a constant temperature in the shower. also I had to hold the shower hose in one hand because there was no fitting to attach it to.
We were made to feel most welcome, and the mere 10 minutes' walk into the historical centre made this hotel an excellent choice.
Sliding fabric type door between bathroom and room a bit suspect, and the shower head was not movable.
++ excellent Bre ++ location
Great location Friendly staff Free wifi Great complimentarybreakfast
It had a nice homely feel about it, especially the breakfast room with the paintings and decor.
The bedroom needed refurbishment and the bathroom and toilet needed updating since last time they were done in the 1960'S. (P.S. What is it in Europe that bathrooms don't have enough towel racks or hooks? ).
This was a very good hotel and I would recomend it.
Location and friendly manager.
Very tired decor in bedroom including Lino floor, and makeshift en suite bathroom - chipboard wall and door that didn't fit properly. Very poor lighting. We asked for a twin room with 2 single beds - our room had one double and a very narrow single with no light near it.
- Located near the channel, it is really beautiful - Extremely pleasant stuff - My room was rather original and I really liked it.
- Breakfast is not very bad, but could be better. But it is not really a big problem.
Quiet, good location, friendly manager and good breakfast.
Decor was quite dated, dodgy lift!
Hair Drier is given upon request but no mention any where.
We were made welcome and helped to park our car in their locked car park (you need to get in ealy as there are only two places, the hôtel was quiet but very close to the centre and overlooking a canal.
A shower curtain would have been nice.
Small friendly, very close to the town and all the attractions Nice be in a quiet back street near a canal Excellent breakfast
No lounge to relax in, only had your bedroom Bathroom facilities of a low quality
Location Good Breakfast included Comfortable rooms Dog friendly
Location Friendly staff Very clean Nice breakfast included
