ibis budget Antwerpen Centraal Station  

The location of this hotel is excellent and is just next to the Centraal station. The staff is very friendly. The lady at the reception explained us the city and the sight seeing areas which are at walkable distances

The ventilation is very poor in the rooms. The heating is centrally controlled and leaves no chance to contol the temperature of the rooms unless one chooses to open the windows of the rooms. The room has separate small areas for toilet and bathroom.

The room was clean and suitable for 3 people. We liked that the shower, toilet and basin were separate, allowing us to use different things at the same time. The hotel is also right next to a Lidl store.

Though the hotel provided wifi, we couldn't get a good connection from the fourth floor.

The hotel was very clean and recently renovated. It's a basic hotel but has everything you need. The wifi was included and worked very well. It's convenient if arriving/departing by train. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like having to pay at check-in rather than check-out.

Clean and convenient. Wifi worked well. Very good location if wanting to take train or get to Zaventem airport, which is 35 minutes away.

I like this new hotel at city center

Car parking is a bit difficult and not adapted to one night's hotel accommodation, but we understand, that hotel located at city center.

water temperature in shower was changing every 10 seconds, impossible to take a relaxing shower. Internet extremly slow impossible to work... parking the car very expensive.

A good cheap location close to the central train station for people passing through. Also, free late night delivery options nearby (10 euros or more for the basics).

Nothing really. The mattress wasn't the greatest but this hotel either met or exceeded my expectations for European budget hotel.

Minimal amenities in the room but we didn't stay in the room much. Bed was hard and uncomfortable pillows.

The hotel room was very small but it was very cosy and had everything we needed, the mattress was very comfortable and I must admit that the room was very stylish for a budget hotel.

It only had a small heater, so it took a while for the room to heat up.

Very noisy kids running up and down corridor all night banging on doors until i had to go and shout at them all.

- Although the hotel is at the central station getting there requires a long walk through the central station. - There was a strange smell in the corridor. - The fact that you need to pay for luggage storage. - Adding curtains will improve the atmosphere in the room dramatically.

All was dirty, The bed was dirty and The towels was dirty

The bedroom was terribly cold when we arrived, there was a very small heater and it took two days to became a little bit warm the guy from the reception was a bit annoyed when we asked for a blanket, he promised to check the room but in the end he didn'T. We didn't sleep very well for the temperature.

Close to the central station, also close to center - 10 mins walk. Nice, comfort room, good price, friendly staff.

Checkin took pretty long. Internet was weak.
