The hotel was in a perfect location just around the corner from the main square. The staff were very helpful and able to give directions and recommendations - they also spoke English, which saved them from my poor command of anything else. Not huge problems or issues, but no tea or coffee in the room and the bathroom could have done with a vacuum. |

Close to metro suitable price Breakfast can be better, surrounding area is not very nice.It was a problem with booking via booking.com I received the call that my card is not ok and reservation will be cancel, but it was ok indeed in hotel |

The placement was very convenient by the train station and the breakfast was fine. The Hotel was not very well cleaned I've been in hostels that are cleaner. The first room I got had obviously not been clean, dust and even an empty plastic bag on the floor stains on the table and sheets and even hairs. I complained and got another room which looked cleaner but still there were sticky stains from glass on the night table. But at that point I was so tired and the sheets looked clean so I decided to pretend not to see it. I will not book this hotel again. |

I stayed at the Euro Capital hotel only one night, so I haven´t more experiences. Well, with regard to this short time I can to express, that there was a very pleasant and helpfull staff, so I would like to thanks them by this way. there was one little shortage, in EC hotel, and it was missing of refrigerator at my room. |

Nice service, very close to railway station. Strong smell of smoke in the room (non-smoking room). Five minute power-cut too, but staff fixed it. |

I got the room at a low price and the location of the hotel was ideal for me. The room was big, peaceful and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The possibility to use Internet was important to me, so I was pleased to be able to use Internet with a cable in my room. There seemed to be some structural problems in the bathroom in my room; the toilet seat seemed to be a bit loose from the wall. |

ECB hotel is conveniently situated close to the railway atation. Staff are pleasant and courteous, breakfast a generous selection of fresh food. There is no bar, one expects a hotel this big to have a bar and a lounge for the residents. |

The room was excellent, the staff were most helpful and breakfast very good. Unfirtunately, it's location next to the railway station meant it was affected by vehicle and train traffic. Sadly, Brussels Midi is plagued by lots of 'winos' and 'down and outs' but that it is not the fault of the hotel! |
