Just 1 min walk from MIDI station, what is very good if you come from Charleroi airport, also 10-12 min walk from the city center. Of course the area isn’t so good, a lot of homeless people, but luckily there weren’t any criminals. Comfortable beds (I slept like a baby:). Good breakfast. Super-stuff, very helpful. If you need to change the air conditioner temperature – you must ask receptionist for the air conditioner remote control, you can not change the temperature yourself. View outside the window is … hmmm there is no view at all:)

We needed to be near the Brussels Midi station at the end of our stay in Belgium, to catch a Eurostar train at 8.05 and the situation was ideal, as it is just a short walk across the road into the station. The breakfast which was excellent, with lots of variety, including cooked bacon and sausages with lots of fruit and yoghurt and cereals, and rolls etc. was provided from 5 o'clock onwards, so we were able to pick a useful time to avoid a rushed meal before heading off towards to the station. Although it was so close to the station, the room was really quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was very clean, the halls and elevator also. The breakfast was lovely and we felt very welcome there, even though our stay was short and we were exhausted from a long bus journey from London. The proximity to Midi station can't be beat, and nearby is a wonderful restaurant with delicious takeaway.

The room was compact but modern, clean and comfortable. It is situated only 5 minutes walk from the Brussels Midi Station and so ideal for us as we travelled in on Eurostar. We walked into the centre of Brussels and this only took about 20 minutes. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast was very good for a value hotel. We would recommend this hotel for a city break to Brussels on a budget.

The location. Almost next to train station. The first night we got there we were lead to an ice cold room. The guy from reception turned on the ac and told us it's going to get warmer but we kept shivering for hours. The bathroom was the worst part; it had no ac or anything to warm the place, so we used hair dryer to warm the toilet before sitting on it! We had to take shower in that bathroom and eventually we all got sick.

I had read quite a few negative reviews so I wasn't expecting it to be great. According to the description and to people's comments there isn't any wireless internet/wifi but in reality there is and it's a very good connection while also being free which is great considering that the nearby Park Inn by Radisson requires you to pay 20euros a day for internet (I don't know if this has changed). The room? perfect size! not huge but definitely not small! We had a view of the city and the train station which was not very pretty of course but after all we wanted to have the train station that close and considering the very busy train station and adjacent street the room was very quiet, it was not like being in the forest but it was quiet enough for us to sleep like babies. While also being very close to the South station it's also very close to Brussels centre - you get to Grand Place in 10-15mins on foot! The bed was very comfortable and it was good to have a flat screen tv in the room with an HDMI connection. The buffet breakfast is also included in the price which makes it all very worth it by Brussels standards. It includes different kinds of bread, juices, eggs, fresh pastry, yoghurts, eggs, sausages, bacon. It's fantastic and nicely presented! We were very happy about staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! If I had to complain about something I would say that if the hotel was full I guess we would have heard quite a few noises as the ceiling and the walls are not so thick so you can basically hear your neighbours walking around and all. There's also no mini-bar in the room

Located just opposite the train station. 15 mins walking distance to grand place. Room was clean & spacious and one of the better breakfast spread I've had. The bathroom door couldn't close completely, there was a small gap which enabled people to look into the bathroom at the side, could be uncomfortable if u are with friends instead of with family.

Good position for Eurostar. It was a modern three star hotel Really surprised they didn't offer tea and coffee making facilities in room. Room comfortable but very small.

Good Location, internet in the room is working, average quality breakfast. The bathroom was very cold, the room was not clean enough, and the people profile around and inside the hotel was frightening.

The location Wallpaper coming loose in several places, drain of bath and sink not really free, water would flow off slowly, heating system cannot be regulated by customer at all, either too hot or too cold, breakfast was the standard minimum, alltogether much too expensive for the level of comfort, definitiely overpriced!

Excellent location for Gare du Midi. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. My only criticisms are very minor ones: the telephone in the room was a bit temperamental and the croissants at breakfast were disappointing!

Location very close to metro and railway station. Nice staff, free internet and good breakfast included in price. Since the hotel was overbooked, I got a very cold room with no windows and limited heating capabilities.

Location 5 mins walk from Eurostar terminal. Modern decor Reasonable price Early check in was possible Early breakfast from 0530 was very good A bit noisy from surrounding rooms and the street. The area being near the station is not the best but I wasn't expecting it to be as I chose it intentionally for location

The staff all spoke English and were all totally friendly and helpful and interesting. The room was clean, comfortable with an interesting (to me) view out of the window over the old and new buildings. It was a few minutes walk from Gare du Midi, Eurostar (by which I came and went) and the metro (and Sammy's cafe). The telephone was not working and a member of staff had to come and repair it. More irritating, the key card to open the door failed to work on numerous occasions.

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel, we (a group of 3 young people) stayed for 3 nights, the room was cleaned every day, the room was very big and with good air conditioner, which made the room warm in few moments, the staff was very helpfull in any time, and the breakfast was also very gooood, wide range of different food and drinks and froots, very satisfied that choosen with breakfast. The location is also very nice, few minutes from Gare du Midi, from where you can get to many places.
