Just 1 min walk from MIDI station, what is very good if you come from Charleroi airport, also 10-12 min walk from the city center. Of course the area isn’t so good, a lot of homeless people, but luckily there weren’t any criminals. Comfortable beds (I slept like a baby:). Good breakfast. Super-stuff, very helpful.

If you need to change the air conditioner temperature – you must ask receptionist for the air conditioner remote control, you can not change the temperature yourself. View outside the window is … hmmm there is no view at all:)

Location next to the South station in Brussels, though there are many other hotels nearby. Excellent speed of the Internet connection - fabulous!

Location to Brussels Midi Railway Station Staffs help in staying at room with my chosen view. Breakfasts, excellant selection,both hot & cold. Very helpful & informative reception staff . I will return here when ever in Brussels.

Room had musty smell due to damp, price high for what you get - but that is Brussels!

Very happy with my stay as usual. Comfortable room with all I needed. Two minutes from Midi Station but rooms at back are quiet - I wouldn't want one at front on main road though.

A poor location, dossers lying around the entrance, people lying around in the reception area, poor reception area, poor facilities in the rooms, no tea-making facilities, poor breakfast facilities, generally poor amenities. In short, a very depressing hotel and one in which we did not want to spend more than one night.

Very close to Brussels South station and the Eurostar terminal. Although the neighbourhood is horrible, the hotel is clean, quiet, friendly and safe.

Generally good especially breakfast is good!

Steep steps to upstairs.. Not suitable for ladies travelling in big baggages!

The location is excellent especially if you are comfortable travelling on public transport. Tram and train are at the front door. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable and the breakfast served was excellent.

The room was under the stairs and was extremely noisy although the stairs were carpeted we were kept awake by people using the stairs and the walkway all night. I would suggest asking not to be placed in Room 1 or 2.
