The area around Belgium's largest high-speed railway station is naturally a dynamic and changing neighbourhood. Big European offices, including headquarters of insurance companies, as well as modern shopping districts have emerged. Here, in this vibrant area, you are also just 500 metres from the city centre.

Help received from front desk on travelling arrangements - visit coincided with two public demonstrations where two main routes were being blocked.

Suggestion: Maybe the third floor snack dispenser could be improved for late arrivals or a late self-service brunch offered from the breakfast area [tea/coffee, cereal and some fruit].

The hotel was clean and comfortable, our room had air conditioning and the breakfast was very ice. Also the staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. It was fine for just a one night stay.Also its across the road from the south station which we could get the metro from.

The location. Its in a bad part of town! Its probably suitable for a one night business trip but not for tourists wanting to see the sights of Brussels!

Located in the center of the city, next to metro and train station. Quite cheap.

The street outside were noisy, so I couldn't open a hotel room window. This was not a big problem since the room was airconditioned.

It is close to train station, police and restaurants.

As a business traveler staff could almost not assists me with information with regards to governments departments.

Internet access in the bed room - this is highly appreciated.
The hotel is near all the transport connections. You can reach the city centre is minutes. Sympathy of the staff.

Housekeeping’ personnel started very soon with noise (including speaking too much and laugh).

Large room, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK.

The Intenet at the room was not working because the phone was down. Although I complained on the second day, they did not put it working in time (I left on the fourth day).

Very good location with regards to the transportation from/to the airport. Very friendly staff.

Noisy environment - reconstruction in the neighborhood. But this is certainly temporary.

room quality and breakfast

rude manager - very unhelpful about simple requests particularly about the use of the safe. I think I should have been given a discount as compensation for this treatrment but there was no-one with this authority on the desk at checkout. I shall be coming to brussels again - what have you to say? Philip Beal
