Very close to the train station, convenient public transportation, tasty and appealing food for breakfast.

Helpful receptionists. Fantastic breakfast. Close to station. Quiet room at back. Price.

Bar not in use. Smell of smoke in corridors and rooms despite being a non smoking hotel. Soft matress and pillow. Shabby bathroom.

Front desk dude looks exactly like Boris from GoldenEye.

Don't advertise free WiFi when your only access point is a Linksys router at the front desk.

Everything was great from the moment we walked into Reception. We asked for advice about travelling and were given very clear guidance. Room was great and spotlessly clean. Super breakfast as well. Cleaning staff and breakfast buffet staff as good as the Reception staff.

Well this is a place I have been a few times. It is very very good value. Breakfast and wi fi included. It is near the Gare du Midi which is both good (if you come by Eurostar) and also bad in that the area is so bad but that is not the fault of the hotel!

I felt a slight decline in standards since last time. Only 2x bottles of beer left at the "bar." Not good as nobody really wants to go out late at night in this dodgy area around Gare du Midi where there seems to be zero police presnece. Wif fi did not work in room this time but was fine in foyer.

Good location for business travellers - hotel is located near to Gare du Midi train station and metro. Good buffet breakfast.

There was smell of cigarettes in room and I could easily hear people going in corridor. There are lots of strange people in that part of the city - so I wouldn't recommend to go to the hotel late in the evening.

Location. Just off Eurostar Terminal.

Wifi in room did not work. Wired internet connection did not work. No hot water after 11:00pm. Even the telephone did not work. Counter staff was friendly but unable to solve problems above.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and clean and nice breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was very convenient for Gare du Midi station.

My wife's and my room was fine but the room of my brother and sister-in-law smelled of tobacco when they arrived.

Close to station and metro and tram. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good value for money.

This is supposedly a 3 stars hotel. Well, the room was not heated! There were no radiators, but only an air-conditioner working as a heat pump, but the first night I was unable to activate it because the remote control was not in the room. There weren't additional blankets. The following day I asked for the remote control and an additional blanket (leaving a note on the bed and saying so the receptionist). However, when I arrived at night, there was no blanket (I was said that I could be given one only in case of vacancies...). I managed to activate the heat pump but it was very noisy and unefficient. After sleeping at at cold on the second and last night I was even unable to have a warm shower, because the boiler was not working. And when I complained about this, the staff was very unkind. THis kind of service is unaccettable for a three stars hotel, also considering that I paid 210 euros for two nights, a fee that would be appropriate for a for stars hotel. I strongly advise to avoid it!

Lovely location, just a few meters from Midi Station. Rooms were clean and big enough, and the front office staff was very helpful to us. We had just one breakfast at the hotel but it was good enough.

Wifi was very poor.

The hotel location is perfect for anyone arriving late or departing early from Midi station. The bed was most comfortable, bathroom clean and functional and a generous breakfast bar was open from 5:30 AM, plus the wiFi worked and was free. All the business traveller needs from a station hotel.

The imediate neighbourhood is noisy, ran down and occupied by groups of noisy young men. No problem for me but not ideal for some.

the hotel was a bit noisy as we could hear people in the rooms above us when they were moving around and hear voices and tvs from other rooms at night.

Handy for Midi station, fast internet.

Traffic noise in the front rooms on lower floors is intrusive.

I have stayed at the hotel on all my trips to Brussels as it is conveniently located near the railway station and the underground making it very convenient. It also offers value for money

My last stay in December was not exciting because; For once the receptionist demanded that I pay for all my stay upfront; This has never happened with my previous stay at the hotel. They had even tried to take the payment from my credit card before my arrival which did not work as the systems were down. My inquiry on why this was the case this particular time was met with the response that this was the hotel policy. Interesting though the receptionist I met on the 4th day was of a different opinion. I am asking myself if I will want to book at this hotel again.

The hotel is very close to the train station so very handy for travellers.

The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but someone had been, and there was a regular scent of cig smoke coming in to the room.
