I liked the hotel very much for its location (near to the Brussels Nord Station - less than 10 minutes). Good for solo traveller. Good breakfast. The room is very well-maintained. Staff is very helpful. It is an excellent hotel. |

The swaping card was desactivated we had to go to the reception 3 times to verify with the receptionist, we finaly changed room, the room was cosy but the bed very unconfortable, the receptionist was not there when we got back at 4.00 pm and we had to wait outside in the cold for half an hour. |

Nothing It was so noisy because of the railway station nearby so that we couldnt get any sleep through our few hours stay Yes I booked a double room for two days ,but because of the noise coming from the railway station nearby we check out at 11 am,but people say you will be charged for two days stay,because the manager of the hotel answered noise is not a reason for us to leave the hotel,I cannot believe this is possible. |

It was a new and stylish hotel, and the room was a reasonable size and clean.The bathroom was clean with a good shower and modern facilities. The public spaces were very stylish. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a good selection for breakfast and it was well presented. It was situated just opposite the South Railway station which serves Eurostar. It was not too far from most attractions. |
