フロントのスタッフがとても親切でした。ベッドもふかふかでぐっすり眠ることが出来ました。また、大通りに- 面していて便利だったし夜でも安心でした。 ちゃっちい作りなわりに、値段が少々高めな気がしました。 |

Large room, good location, very low price. 部屋は広く場所も良い。立地、設備から考えると非常に低価格。 Poor breakfast. Noise from the tram (especially in the room towards street). Old lift. But they met our expectation for the price. 朝食、野菜類等を増やして欲しい。通り沿いの部屋はトラムの音が気になった。エレベーターはかなり古く時々- 止まる。ただし価格を考えれば満足なサービスだった。 |

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The room was big enough and had great facilities for the price (small kitchen, bath, ac). The hotel itself is 5 minutes of walking to meyer street and about 10 minutes of walking to the grote market |

Location to Univ of Antwerp was a priority for us. Good access to Meir and other sites for good price. Room was on back side and nonsmoking. Stay for one night only so was good deal. Staff was not overly helpful but ok if you need specific information. |

The hotel was in walking distance from city centre and station. The hotel staff were very unfriendly to the point of absolute rudeness. I was locked out of the hotel after shopping with no sign on the door of what I was supposed to do. When I complained the clerk at the desk abused me and said if I wasn't happy I should go to another hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non smoking. Incredibly noisy. I would never stay there again nor recommend it. |

A nice hotel with a friendly staff. Clean room, good service, free wi-fi in the lobby and a fair price. Located close to the centre and the main station (15mn by walk). J'apprécie le rapport qualité-prix et le service. Noisy (tramway) a bit old. Chambre côté rue bruyante à cause des tramway, un peu vieux. |

It was clean. The hotel staff were not very helpful and flexible considering it is a small hotel, we were 15 min late for breakfast and they were complaining. It was a very noisy location and not very good value for money. |

Good location, friendly staff, very clean and great value. Mini bar prices are cheap! Ac worked fine! Nice breakfast for the extra 10 euro. Hotel is dated but who cares. Trams are noisy on the front rooms but I wasn't bothered by them. |

Very nice hotel, clean and with good staff. Very good location, near to main shopping area, central station and main touristics spots. The lift could be changed for a newer one (it stoped between 2 floors twice with me) and bigger one. Although the locaton is good, it's too noisy bue the proximity to bus station and train lines. |

Walking distance to downtown. The hotel staff is very kind. Poor drainage in the shower room. It is noisy in the night due to the traffic in front of the hotel. |

Near city center and shopping area. The room is a little old fashion, but very confortable and clean. Car parking close to the hotel, with special price for guests. Excellent breakfast buffet, but just until 10h. |

Friendly staff, well balanced breakfast, parking facility (not free of charge but nevertheless convenient and safe). Noisy neighbourhood (hard to sleep with open window). Although room was smoke free, the smell of cigarettes was still present. We would have prefered a double bed as opposed to 2 single beds with too wide a gap between. |
