The level of the Hotel such as the offered price. Do not expect a high standard and attentive service. Room has a 70's style but just to sleep and go on. Parking not for a large vehicles. WiFi for a fee.

It was not good value for money. They said they had a refridgerator but it did not work nor did they have a working one on the entire site. The decor was old and dated. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Traditional hotel feeling (some rooms directly under the roof), friendly breakfast staff, very good breakfast buffet, location fairly close to Atomium, easy to get out of Brussels. We were relocated to a larger room after asking. A new part of the hotel is currently under construction so not many parking spaces available. The reception staff did not seem very welcoming and needed to remote unlock the main door for you. First room we were given was too small for a family with 2 year old child. Reasonably clean bedding but we did find a ball of hair (someone elses) pop up from somewhere the next morning. Very worn feeling to walls, furniture, doors and bathroom. Needed to pay for WiFi, although wired internet was free.

The hotel offers free private parking without advance reservation. But upon arrival all parking places were occupied and I had to look for parking space in street. Please be informed that the hotel has very small internal court for parking (4-5 cars). Room was poor, but with electrical kettle.

Helpful staff at the reception reception. An economy hotel that offered a decent, clean room with everything one needs. Good breakfast buffet. Parking no problem. Good public transportation nearby (if you know your way). Strong cooking odour in the hallway.

For the amount I paid, Hotel Eurocap provided excellent value for money. From the location (which satisfied the purpose of my visit) to the cleanliness of the room amongst other highlights, I was completely satisfied with everything. I must add that the breakfast was very impressive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It provides excellent value for money.

In a city like Brussels, parking is a necessity. Eurocap had parking, but it was cramped. The bus stop was a short walk from the hotel and the bus ride maybe 10 minutes from the Metro and 15 mins total for city center. It was easy to get to and the hotel was clean. You get what you pay for, the decor was old and in one room the curtain was ripped, but still functionable. If I visit Brussela again I would stay there again and I would recommend it for friends who like us need to reserve two rooms because of their family size. Some staff members could have been more helpful. We wanted to order pizza and needed a phone number. The staff member we asked we were disturbing the game he was watching or listening to. So we did not feel we could ask him to also call it in for us since very few people speak English and we speak no French. Lastly, some of the electrical outlet covers were not affixed which posed a safety hazard.

The quadruple room was small but comfortable. It had everything that was required for a family of 4 + 1 child. The Hotel had free parking, breakfast was good (included in the low Hotel cost) and the staff was cooperative.

Room was very clean and was staffed with a kitchenette. The staff was really good and spoke English well. The breakfast was good. Though the hotel was bit far from the central, it was well connected to the central through public transport.

It was cheap and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was untidy. Pubic hairs found on clean sheets. There was faulty exposed wiring on the bathroom radiator. The room had a lot of dust especially around the light fittings. The car park was under a building site in a garage that was only half complete. It was too far from the city centre and the way to get there, having to change public transport etc was very complicated. The area the hotel is situated in is very run down and we felt concerned for our safety after dark.

The room is big, with all the cooking facilities. The cleanliness of the room need to improve. The hotel abit far from city, we need to take bus and change 2 times of tram then only reach city. No free wifi at the lobby, they only provide one computer at the lobby, and a lot of people are waiting.

Very big room with kitchen, fabulios beds, normal breakfest, free parking At first we did not like that it is far away from the city center? But it is very easy to reach it (88 tram 5 minutes away from the hotel)? Then 15-20 minbtus and you are in the center. The hotel is not a new one, but clean and cosy.

The bed and pillows were really comfy. The hotel was also a 10 min walk to uz hospital which was where I was working for a few days so couldn't have been closer. There are a few nice restaurants in the area. The Greek on the corner looks always busy but I went to the Chinese (not the Vietnamese) and the Italian La Piazza and it were both reasonable and good food. The hotel needs updating. The signage is awful and the breakfast lounge is a sight for sore eyes early in the morning.

It was a nice small hotel. Doenst look really nice from outiside..but it was nice from the inside. Our double room was big.. Had a kitchen and a bathroom. It was all clean and tidy. Breakfast was included but they just offered bread.. Bins.. Croissoints .. jelly and cheese. Yoghurt and cereal. Nothing special but totally fine to start the day.In the back was a parking lot for cars which was for free too.
