Hotel Eurocap  

Good large plain room. Hotel looks small and old but is spotless clean and breakfast was adequate. Reception had all our details when we arrived and weee friendly. There were a few resteraunts near by but not a great selection if with kids however we had a kitchen in our room where we could have made a meal. For a night stop over on the way back from Italy it was fine but I proberly wouldn't stay again although it is a good budget hotel.

Car park Is very small and also there is a height restriction. Just got in with a roof box on. Lift was out of order but was supposed to be fixed the following week.

In a city like Brussels, parking is a necessity. Eurocap had parking, but it was cramped. The bus stop was a short walk from the hotel and the bus ride maybe 10 minutes from the Metro and 15 mins total for city center. It was easy to get to and the hotel was clean. You get what you pay for, the decor was old and in one room the curtain was ripped, but still functionable. If I visit Brussela again I would stay there again and I would recommend it for friends who like us need to reserve two rooms because of their family size.

Some staff members could have been more helpful. We wanted to order pizza and needed a phone number. The staff member we asked we were disturbing the game he was watching or listening to. So we did not feel we could ask him to also call it in for us since very few people speak English and we speak no French. Lastly, some of the electrical outlet covers were not affixed which posed a safety hazard.

Very friendly and helpful service, clean and nice rooms (I liked most the one with small kitchen), good breakfast.The best hotel in Brussels for it's price.I would recommend to anyone wishing to have good rest during weekend!

Friendly service, nice big rooms with large bathrooms.

Takes about 30 - 45 minutes to get to the center of town.

Room was very clean and was staffed with a kitchenette. The staff was really good and spoke English well. The breakfast was good. Though the hotel was bit far from the central, it was well connected to the central through public transport.

The badroom had a bad odeur, evento they try to hide it with citron smell, it didn't help.

Large room, appropriate for a family of four people. Has a parking place. Near the Expo at Brussel but little bit far from the center of town. Service was good, a reasonable breakfast.

Very big room with kitchen,fabulios beds,normal breakfest, free parking

At first we did not like that it is far away from the city center? But it is very easy to reach it (88 tram 5 minutes away from the hotel)? Then 15-20 minbtus and you are in the center. The hotel is not a new one, but clean and cosy.

Friendly, simple, clean and within easy reach of Brussels city centre by bus and metro. Only 14 eur by taxi

The shower is part of the bath without curtain

Size and quality of the room and the kitchenette included make this hotel very good value. .

I found the room and hotel to be a bit run down and the staff to be introverted / unfriendly

It was a nice small hotel. Doenst look really nice from outiside..but it was nice from the inside. Our double room was big.. Had a kitchen and a bathroom. It was all clean and tidy. Breakfast was included but they just offered bread.. Bins.. Croissoints .. jelly and cheese. Yoghurt and cereal. Nothing special but totally fine to start the day.In the back was a parking lot for cars which was for free too.
