Excellent location, friendly hotel staff, good breakfast with fresh salmon and many different cheese, great choice of pastry. More than a year ago each room included the Bible (New Testament) in English, German, Dutch and French. Starting from the second half of 2011 the Bibles are missing.

Great place. Huge, clean rooms, friendly-efficient service and a price that is lower than a hostel... what more could a man want? I could list things if I was to compare to $300/night hotel. At the rate, there are no complaints...

Location in a European district near metro and railway station. First of all not friendly personnel at reception. The other is poor breakfast. No Wi-Fi in the room. Overall impression that this is not 4- star hotel due to these three reasons at least. Besides some things were not working (light in bathroom), there was kitchenette without any set of pans etc.

Near EU meeting place I did not like the fact that I was there for work and there were busloads of tourists. They piled their plates high with food at Bfast. So the breakfast tables were completely empty there wwere no classees and there was no coffee. It was the shambles

Great hotel, small price (we got an offer) just out of the downtown, metro station at a stone throw, nice pubs and bar just out the door and a 24h discount market just back the corner. Free parking on the street from Friday evening to Monday morning. Little Kitchen in all rooms. Kind staff. Enjoy Bruxelles.

1. location is 5 mins walk from metrol, convenient. 2. Private parking is limited, however, public parking is possible and cheap. 3. room is large. 1. public parking is maximum 3 hrs pre payment, means you have to come back again to pay your parking. 7 euros per 3hrs. 2. wifi is expensive in your room.

Great location for business with the EU institutions, and lavishly big rooms. The rooms would need a total renovation, but they are clean and functional. Some vegetables and fresh fruit would not hurt the breakfast. And coffee could be readily available as self-service, since the staff is not very fast in bringing it. The gym could also do with some new equipment. But all in all, I will return simply because of the spacious rooms.

I always stay at this hotel and recommend it to colleagues. It is very close to the European sector for work, the rooms are really good with tea and coffee making facilities, good restaurants nearby and an excellent breakfast. If you have a room in the front it can be a little noisy but that would not stop me booking here again. Better to get a room at the back of the hotel as its quieter

Having a small flatlet makes one feel more at home and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent This is my second time. I am afraid it fell short of my expectations. First of all for a 'flat' one should have at least some poans to warm some food - what use to have all those facilities when you do not even have a fork and a knife. Also the room was very impersonal and could do with some pictures and niceties. Taxi services are also poor. I had a shoulder injury and no one wanted to take me to the conference room - walking for 20 minutes in the cold carrying my bag was an ordeal.

Excellent location and very nice breakfast. First it was extremely hot in the room, I could not sleep. I complained - the switched off the heating completely! Being extremely cold outside, the room slowly but surely became cold as well. Ridiculous that in a four star hotel it is not possible to set the heating. Unfortunately for me the bed is also uncomfortable...

Its location and the best price I obtained from booking.com. Also the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and with kitchenette facilities (despite no utensils are provided). I have been staying at this hotel on and off for around 6 years now and I have always enjoyed the rich and delicious breakfast buffet the hotel provides! Wifi was not free and they charge a fortune for it. Rooms need a little bit of refurbishing, especially the bathrooms. Yet, there was no technical or cleanliness problem.

This hotel is not my first choice. It is very old and rather poorly kept. The only advantage is location - very close to the European Institutions. Plus, unlike other hotels in this category, it offers breakfast. This is not a hotel for longer stays - you have to request kitchen utensils at the reception. Reception staff are mostly helpful, but breakfast waiters carry an air of superiority. The breakfast buffet is just ok. Overall, I'm not going to stay here if I absolutely don't have to.

It is in a good location for the eu institutions, several nice reaturants and bars withing short walking distance also handy for public transport - esp bus to airport They advertise free wifi - but there is none. Charge is €9 per 24hrs. The rooms are large, but badly equipped and designed. No english language channels there during my stay. I complained to reception who assured me the fault would be corrected - it never was. While the rooms have fridge, kettle and small stove top - all are effectively unusable,. You can only plug in kettle by unplugging a light.
