- near metro station schuman - european comission - very good staff - very very clean and room was very big.
Location close to EU-Quarters, large rooms
I'm coming to the hotel since more than 10 years now - they might consider renovation/refurbishment...
A fair price and very polite personnel.
Small inconvenients about parking. Hotel parking is 10 euros per day and there isn't enough space for all the customers. First came - first served.
The location is excellent - just a two minute walk from Schuman train/metro station. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage. Kitchenette and (a rather noisy) fridge/freezer were a nice bonus. Breakfast was excellent too - good choice and quality.
Since the hotel is in the middle of the EU district, all shops and restaurants charge much more than what you can find in the city centre. If you think 1EUR for a banana is a fair price, ignore my comment! Beds are quite soft and the elevator was very slow. Even though our room was reasonably renovated, the bathroom looked like original from the 80s. We didn't care that much since everything worked as it should.
-FIRST: SPACIOUS! I have booked two rooms with garden view (on the 7th floor and labeled "meeting rooms"). Due to the season, we didn't see quite much of the garden view, but the rooms are both very spacious (32m2). Besides the bed and kitchenette at the entrance hall, the room has a spare place for a table and two chairs. This is definitely a plus especially when you have a toddler (who keeps on walking around)! I am not sure whether this applies to other rooms. - kitchenette: sufficient facilities (stove, a small fridge, enough storage places). - WIFI: strong and stable (but we heard complaints of weak WIFI from those living in other rooms, so maybe the strength of WIFI signal depends on locations) - location: easy access to metro station Schuman, and a carrefour express is close to the metro station. Just face to the headquarter of the European Commission.
- parking: a small garage, not easy to enter, and is full most of the time. However, it is easy to park outside nearby, and parking is free between 18:00 and 9:00. - kitchen: no cutlery; it is wise to bring a very small pot (and some forks or spoons) if you want to use the kitchen to boil something (we did this this time for our little daughter).
I really liked the fact that the hotel is very close to the metro station, that makes it easy access to the rest of Brussels...Its location is excellent with lots of restaurants, pharmacies and a Carrefour nearby. The rooms were clean the bathroom was spacious and clean.
We travelled with my 4 year old son, the staff is not friendly at all ... the reception did not ever greet us good morning or good bye when we were leaving seemed very rude. Since we stayed for 2 nights I asked on the second day for a few packs of sugar for my tea... I was informed that was only provided on the first day. Upon telling the reception I have a booking for 2 days he told me no matter how many days you stay we give you only 4 packs of sugar on the day you arrive... I found that so ridiculous .... I said I wanted to talk to the management then he just took out some packs of sugar and dumped them on me ... I found the reception staff to be a little racist to say the least ... he was very friendly with the other white guests that were checking in.
Travelling with young children, we thought Euroflat was great because the room was spacious. We really enjoyed the breakfast spread and it was really close to the metro which was convenient when travelling to central.
If the guest parking space is full then you do have to drive around to find an empty space. As it was Sunday, we were lucky because parking was free.
Free parking right outside the door. Nice neighborhood with few decent restaurants and a very spacious room with great windows.
Everything was just right
Big size room with good location to take train to city century and take bus to airport, good staffs, every thing is good
The location is excellent if you are a participant in an EU meeting, because you are at one block of the main EU buildings
The price is high for the quality of the services. It is an international 3-star hotel but the rates are of a Deluxe 4-star hotel.
No fresh vegetables on breakfast. There were times it was much better.
Kitchenette in the room.
Too small Inside parking
Large, very comfortable and extremely well equipped rooms with a small kitchenette. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly quiet for being so central. Good communications with airport and city centre. Great if you're travelling with a dog!
It wasn't possible to get a breakfast box if you were leaving before breakfast.
Everything is perfect, really good experience.
First time getting place with good prices and also accommodate kids
The rooms are not soundproof so we could hear other gust too
everything was ok
without dishes in kitchenette
the room is clean. Excellent internet. Good location Good team
There is no air-conditioning on floors 3 and 4
The location of this hotel is good, in the neighborhood of the European Commission, with good public transport connections (particularly metro). The comfort level is high, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast OK. I was there during the weekend, when the price was consistently reduced, so I can recommend this choice.
Location, and the room was very big. Also we need a plug adaptor UK-EU and the staff provide us with one (we need to left 10 Eur as deposit)
The hotel in general was a bit old, but is clean and work fine for my purposes (just go there to rest)
Value for the money Location Breakfast included in rate, which cost around 25eur in other hotels in Brussels
Busy street Older decor...hotel is quite old, probably from 70'...ok for one night don't expect current furniture
The room is nicely designed, spacious, clean and with good facilities (a bit old though, but not really a problem). It's located not so far from the center and right next to Parc du Cinquantenaire, the nearest subway is 2 min walking from the hotel, so it's quite convenient.
if you want to use the sauna, be aware that it's not the best sauna you've had.
Spaciousness of room Good value for money Balcony and view when we upgraded at a cost of €8, from a street side room to a garden side room
Noisy plumbing, people running water in the morning kept us awake No cutlery, crockery or other utensils in the kitchen
Almost everything is perfect.
The only exception is the fact that the shower head is fixed to the wall.
Easy access with the subway, clean, wide room, nice staff. Everything was wonderful.
