Very nice staff
Staff very friendly Wifi is stable and fast
The room was spacious and light, the beds were very comfortable, the window sill was lovely and wide - ideal to sit on by the open sliding window and have sundowners after a busy day in the city. My 16-year-old son was delighted to be able to download several movies in minutes!
Wifi is excellent. Staff are helpful, close to metro.
Kitchen needs cutlery,
Location, friendly concierge, free wifi
Dirty carpets, kettle was unsafe and burnt my hand after boiling, shower head broken
I normally like the staff and the services
My room was not well cleaned
Easy to find on gps. Fast check in. Very close to metro station. Big room. Big balcony. Not that bad breakfast unlike other reviews. In fact liked scrambled eggs and ugly looking sausage :)
Was road work around and lost time. But not hotel fault.
Breakfast is ok is divers . Clean rooms and other spaces. Good wifi in the room.employees was ok they act with amability. Is one of the cheapest hotels near the european comission s building and other eu institutions.
Old furniture. In my room wasn t air conditioner machine; just a ventilator like in 2 stars hotels. In the bathroom water was droping on the closet continously and the noise was disturbing. In the morning i couldn sleep after 6 am because of the farbage colectors who made some noise.
Location was good, price was reasonable
The room was very hot and the fan wasn't enough to cool the room making it hard to sleep
I was very happy to pay 60 euros per night for a massive room with table and chair, and kitchen facility, I would recommend a room at the back if its very sunny, on the front you are in direct sunlight and room would get hot, a fan was supplied at the back room which was perfect. If i come to Brussels again i will stay here.
Wifi Location Parking front of the hotel and free of charge during week-end TV Free coffee Room service
No info on the reception and when I asked something I felt like I annoy the guy who was there all the time on his phone. So noisy street, we couldn't let opened window because almost every hour there was a bus with running engine waiting more than 10min. So noisy bathroom, we heard every splash from other rooms. During night is horrible. The equipment of the room was so old even in the bathroom, I was not able to dry my hair with the hair dryer which is there and I don't have a lot of hair.
Some staff are not nice to children. My children were told off for asking for a glass cup where there is none in the room. A staff called us to like warn us to warn my children not to ask to come for cup again just in case something is missing, in a way my children are thieves. Its so embarassing AND ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was in Brussels for a couple of days so I thought an apart hotel would be a good idea and it was. The First Euroflat is located next to Schuman, at the heart of the European Quarter where the EU buildings are located. To move around: Schuman station, 100-200 meters from the hotel door, has trains (including international trains to Luxembourg) and metro lines that go directly to the center in 4 stops. You could also work to the center in ~20-30 minutes if you wished. I would say that's a very convenient location. To hang around: there is a very large park that is lovely when the weather is nice in Brussels. There are some small supermarkets including one carrefour that has extended hours and opens on sundays. And when it comes to nightlife the Stevin street and adjacent streets have one of the best offers of pubs and restaurants of Brussels, so again a very convenient location. The hotel staff was correct, with fast check in and out but I did manage so avoid some big crowds that were dropped and pick up by group busses at the door. Had I done my check in or out at the same time than one of these groups and I would have probably had to wait much longer. The room is very big, with a small kitchen, a separate table with chairs (2) for eating, and a lot of storage space. There was nothing in the kitchen but you could request it to be stocked if you want to cook. Very good value and the good location and space make it very convenient so I would return.
I did miss electricity sockets to charge my two phones and laptop sat night. there is only one accessible from the bed (for the phone that I use as alarm clock) so I needed to charge the other phone in the bathroom and the laptop in the kitchen. The room was not as clear as in other places, showing its age (carpets, quilt, furniture in general). I was also there during very hot days (exceptional in Brussels) and there was no a/c in the room so they provided a fan and the room remain very hot. I know Brussels so i won't complain about hot days.
GReat location, close to the european parliament, the cinquentennaire, and pubs around ambiorix square; 20min walk to the grand place, cool internet access. confortable beds
Location was good, close to the center, close to a nice park. Staff OK, room spacious, more like a small apartment with kitchenette
-no air condition - it was very hot inside the room even with open window all night. -the noise from the street didn't stop all night, it was impossible to sleep. There are to many hotels on the street and there were trucks loading/unloading goods, laundry etc all night long
Large room in a great location with an excellent view of the city.
Big rooms. Fridge and cooking facilities if required.
Laundry facilities broken. Wake up calls not available. Air con broke down. Nearly missed our fight because of poor taxi ordering and follow up.
Location & Price.
I was not properly communicated about the free public parking and our car got towed away and we had to pay 160 euro fine to the police.
Location, Value for money, Breakfast
This is my hotel of first choice when travelling to Brussels.Spacy and well furnished rooms, all necessary toiletteries, coffee/tea making facilities, well functioning WIFI, perfect location, great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel does not provide packed breakfast, therefore when I leave at 5.a.m., I must skip the breakfast. The hotel is a bit older, but this does not bother me, because everything works well.
comfortable big room garden outlook a facilities in room good
a little out of town but near to tube
Hotel placed just in front of the European Commission Building, which is a plus for those who have to work with. Very large and confortable rooms. Very good breakfast.
Unfortunately, though the breakfast is very good, the hotel has no restaurant service for dinner.
friendliness breakfast wifi location
good relation quality-price
The small hall.
