Cancellation
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Nice welcome and helpful. Close to city centre and beach with reasonable local parking (meter) Very strong smell of stale tobacco in bedroom and pillows! Room was cramped with only just enough room to get round one side of the bed. Wc seat broken. Poor lighting in hallway and staircase |

The hotel was very central for our needs near to the casino, shopping area, restaurants and beach. The room was very small with twin beds which wasn't made clear at the time of booking and there was no hair dryer available. |

Wij vonden het fijn een balcon kamer te hebben. Het was prachtig weer, dus konden wij nog even buiten zitte. De ligging van het hotel tov de boulevard/strand is ideaal. De eigenaren werken keihard en proberen je het tijdens je verblijf naar de zin te maken. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Kleine aanbeveling: De licht sensor op de gang iets nauwkeuriger afgestellen, zodat je niet zo'n eind in het donker over de gang hoeft te lopen |

De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk, alsook het ontbijt is gezellig en lekker. De kamer was niet gestofzuigd alsook veel stof opkasten en tv.De vloer is oud en dan al heel vroeg hoor je iedereen lopen de kamer boven je. |

la literie et la clareté de la chambre. la douche dont les portes sont à rénover. Le petit déjeuner est nul. Le pain est rassis ainsi que les viénoiserie. Il n'y a pas de thé on vous donne à la place de la camomille avec une petite tasse d'eau chaude, le beurre est congelé donc pas possible de l'étaler. Si vous vous plaignez, on vous renvoie balader. |
