Europ Hotel

Aika tyypillinen keskieurooppalainen hotelli, vastasi hyvin kahta tähteään. Sijainti erityisen kaunis ja rauhallinen, silti hauska äänimaailma: mustarastaat, sepelkyyhkyt, kirkonkellot ja carillon-kellopeli Marktilta kuuluivat avoinaisesta ikkunasta ja loivat upean tunnelman, jota jäin kaipaamaan. Sekä aamu että ilta Augustinenrei´n kanavan varrella olivat kuvauksellisia.-Henkilökunnan kielitaito mainio ja ystävällisyys mieliinjäävää.

Kasvisruuan ja kuitujen vannoutuneena ystävänä olisin toivonut aamupalalle myös hedelmiä/tomaatteja tms.(Tiedän ettei juuri tapana!) Patja oli ehkä hitusen liian kova leikatulle selälleni ja kaikki talon tyynyt taas niskalleni liian pulleita, mutta erittäin ystävällinen kerrossiivooja muotoili minulle toivomukseni mukaisen oman litteän tyynyn! Upeaa palvelualttiutta, loi hyvää mieltä. - Reilua yöpöydän laatikkoa ym. säilytystilaa olisin kaivannut lisää, pikkutavaramme olivat nyt lattialla. Kylpyhuoneen ilmastoinnissa ehkä puutteita, tulevaisuudessa kenties odotettavissa kosteusvaurioita? (aviomiehen esittämä arvio)

Reception staff could be more welcoming/ friendly

The hotel was clean and the staff was exelent. good location and enjoyed the brecfast,

the dubble bed was two different beds, one matrass hire than another falling appart, would not recomend for a couple

Lovely hotel, beautiful setting, just at one of the canals, short walk into centre of Brugge, Breakfast good.

No fruit for breakfast!

Considering Brugge remains quite busy during tourist period. Hotel is ok cannot say very good but yes if you cannot get any other place you can always opt for this. Staff was cooperative

Breakfast was not upto the level.

Our room overlooked the canal and hotel was an easy walk from Markt square

The bedsheet and bath towels had seen better days (hand towels were fine) but for the money pretty good value

the location was excellent, breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and had everything we needed

the bed was uncomfortable. I paid a supplement for a double bed and it was just two single beds pushed together, which was also uncomfortable. I still had to pay the supplement though!

The hotel localization

The price was really high if we consider what the hotel had to offer, but I understand it because Bruges is too turistic. The night staff was disaster: rude with our group because we arrived latter than 10 pm (sorry if there are trains arriving at this time to Bruges), called us liers and also left 2 people of our group outside the hotel because they were late (they also arrived by train). The daily staff was really friendly and pleasure. A real Jr. Jekyll and Mr Hide experience.

Perfect location on a quiet street by a canal and within easy walking distance from the centre.

We liked the location - being so close to the town - restarants and attractions - it was ideal for our overnight visit to Bruges

Excellent location in a quiet area, but close to city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
