Отличное расположение, тихая улица в 5 минутах ходьбы до главной площади, хороший персонал, особенно женщина на ресепшене, работающая утром, помогала мне с разными вопросами не раз. Хороший завтрак и просторный номер. В целом, очень приятный отель. Полотенца старые и странно пахнут) Часть стены в номере была покрыта пылью, похоже до туда уборщики не добираются. |

Первый человек на ресепшн - молодой парень, рассказавший нам как правильно парковаться в Брюгге и посоветовавший классный бар недалеко по пути в центр. Бар Gambrinus. Расположение отеля хорошее, до центра 5 минут пешком. Грубый подход главного менеджера отеля к гостям оставляет желать много лучшего. Нельзя пытаться продать гостям документально незарезервированные ранее услуги. |

2х звездный отель, расположен с главной площадью, что очень удобно. Из минусов - плохо работал слив в душе и полотенца, ставшие давно серыми. |

Очень хорошее расположение, прямо на одном из каналов и около 10 минут до всех главный достопримечательностей! Персонал был очень дружелюбен! Единственный небольшой минус - слишком дорогой интернет, 2 евро за 15 минут. |

Lovely hotel, beautiful setting, just at one of the canals, short walk into centre of Brugge, Breakfast good. No fruit for breakfast! |

Considering Brugge remains quite busy during tourist period. Hotel is ok cannot say very good but yes if you cannot get any other place you can always opt for this. Staff was cooperative Breakfast was not upto the level. |

Location was good. Quiet side street overlooking canal, but only 5 mins from the main square. Pillows are way too soft. No smoking. |

Our room overlooked the canal and hotel was an easy walk from Markt square The bedsheet and bath towels had seen better days (hand towels were fine) but for the money pretty good value |

Location was great. Price was OK. From the outside the hotel looks quite nice. The rooms were old. Chairs and bedding were badly stained. There was a musty smell everywhere. Bathroom looked more like a hostel than a hotel (locks on the toilet paper?) The senior staff were rude and abusive to my wife and family. We quite literaly had them shouting at us in the lobby calling us liars. I would never stay here again. |

the location was excellent, breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and had everything we needed the bed was uncomfortable. I paid a supplement for a double bed and it was just two single beds pushed together, which was also uncomfortable. I still had to pay the supplement though! |

The hotel localization The price was really high if we consider what the hotel had to offer, but I understand it because Bruges is too turistic. The night staff was disaster: rude with our group because we arrived latter than 10 pm (sorry if there are trains arriving at this time to Bruges), called us liers and also left 2 people of our group outside the hotel because they were late (they also arrived by train). The daily staff was really friendly and pleasure. A real Jr. Jekyll and Mr Hide experience. |
