The rooms are very nicely decorated with excellent beds and bathrooms. We were disappointed that the Bistro restaurant was closed on a Saturday.

Room, and hotel generally, light, spacious, quiet. Equipment generally worked Breakfast not particularly good. A greater variety of teas would have been appreciated. Musak in dining room an irritation.

The location is perfect. Easy access from the motorway via Drongen, (especially if you know Blaarmeersen and the Watersportbaanlaan) and adequate parking on arrival. 10 minutes walk to Station, 10 minutes by bike to city centre or by bus from stop across the river. If you get a front room there is a nice view of the river and pasing boats. The only real complaint is that there are no tea/coffee making facilites in the rooms. A minor point is that the hotel has recently been renovated and some facilities are complicated to use, (central heating control, bath/shower taps) and there were no instructions.

lovely hotel modern but not too overpowering staff were lovely and very helpfull. There was good parking around hotel, and a very good bus and tram service to the centre of Ghent. Hotel in a local area so not many restaurants to eat in at night, hotel very good especially breakfast but dinner expensive. The mosquitoes as it is on the canal bank, when we opened the window of bedroom we were surrounded by them.

Hotel room Internet could not be used with my samsung galaxy s2 I9100 phone although I could access the internet in other hotels. Also there was not enough luxury bread at the breakfast , only different types of sliced bread.

De "look" was zakelijk en fris. De broodjes bij het ontbijt waren gewoonweg héérlijk. De bar was gezellig en de bediening was zeer vriendelijk en tegemoetkomend. Lunch en diner hebben we daar niet genuttigd wegens de hele dag in Gent rondgewandeld. Er was tevens goede bus- en tramverbindingen naar het centrum. Een geslaagd verblijf! Bij aankomst was de ontvangst aan de receptie (door een man) wat koel en conformeel, dat gaf een kille eerste indruk. Voor de rest niets dan lof.

Facilite de parking. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit dejeuner mediocre. Pain blanc pas frais. Qualite des couques trop industrielle. Insonorisation des chambres mauvaise. La question des vitres (moins de bruit avec la fenetre ouverte que fermee) chauffage sur 20° - tres froid dans les chambres. Pas recommande pour des personnes qui desirent une nuit reposante.
