Europa Hotel  

The proximity of the hotel to tram, beach and shops. The staff where excellent, helpfull and enthusiastic. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Good size of room and lift for carrying our 10 month old'd pushchair up and down (usually they are too small)

Although the bathroom was modern it did not have any shower gels and stuff so we had to go buy some upon arrival.The room and beds were a bit dated. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied but it was acceptable and fresh.

Nearness to the transtrum and the port of Ostend.

Hotel without any charm. Shower was broken (room # 10). Although cleaned, the towels were smelly. Breakfast was basic, with poor ingredients (bread, jam almost without taste). Coffee was fair.

The service was good and fast. The breakfast buffet was reasonable. Rooms were fairly clean.

The hotel desperately needs maintenance. I booked this hotel based on the positive rating on booking.com but was negatively surprised. It is very old and lacks maintenance. Although the rooms are quite clean and - thank God - the beds are not too bad, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I'm sure they mean well and are suffering from the economic crisis but the price is way too high for what you are getting.

The hotel is situated close to the beach. The room are clean. The staff is nice and there is very good breakfast included in the price.

Die Lage des Hotels Strandnähe

Die Zimmer sind nur kleine Schlafkammer, das Badezimmer - man konnte die Dusche nur benutzen, wennn man sich am der Toilette vorbei gezwengt hat. Bei einer Nachttischlampe war provisorisch das Kabel mit Pflaster isoliert. Es wurde Vorkasse verlangt, bevor man die Zimmerschlüssel bekommen hat, ist uns bei keinen unsereren Reisen je vorgekommen. Vermutlich, damit man nicht am nächsten Tag abreist. Wir hatten für 5 Tage gebucht.

La compétence, la disponibilité, la gentillesse, l'acceuil et ce de tout le monde, le patron et surtout les membres du personnel. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer un membre du personnel de l'hotel qui n'avait pas le sourire. D'un point de vue pratique, j'ai du mal à qualifié le petit déjeuner... Je dirais.....EXEMPLAIRE. Je félicite grandement l'Europa Hotel pour son accceuil et sa disponibilité.

Idéalement situé pour faire le bord de mer de De panne à Knokke heist en 3 jours.Personnel agréable et compètent.Bon séjour.

Das ganze Zimmer roch nach Chlor, daher vermutlich Abtötung aller Keime.

Das Hotel ist in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Der Aufzug (Baujahr 1974) lässt das Erstellungsjahr des Hauses vermuten. Einrichtung des Zimmers vermutlich auch aus diesen Jahren. Wände teilweise mit Tapetenresten und Farbe nach Reparaturen geflickt. Waschbecken im Bad winzig.

L'hôtel ne vaut pas son prix. Vieux, accueil limite, trop bruyant. Ler déjeuner était ridicule. Franchement je ne le conseille pas.
