The apartment was so much better than a hotel. Lots of space, the option to create your own hot meal 'at home' if you want and fresh linen/cleaning every day like a hotel. Also great value. They could be more careful to make sure all the technology worked properly. The little dust buster and the CD player didn't work. |

Well located, possibilty to do some limited cooking, living/kitchen area separate from bedroom Problems with expresso machine; Wifi internet should be free (when you book directly on-line with the hotel, it is free) |

Very spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. Good lcoation. Every comfort provided. You need a security code to get in, but nobody had told me what it was. The staff explicitly said I could use my room key to enter the hotel at night, but that was not true. On the day I left, nobody was on duty at all. |

location on leaving day the reception was simply closed as there was a holiday in belgium - without warning!!! Check out and paying properly was not able under these circumstances. I never expericend such an ignorance. |

Good space with nice view of Ambiorix Square. Convenient location Automated access. As I arrived late there was no staff. Key card access to the lift especially erratic in response. Luckily other guests around. Also, as I arrived late, some access to basic foodstuffs would have been helpful. |

There is good use of the space, suitable for long business stay. Rooms are kept clean and staff is discreet. The maintenance side could be improved - doors that do not close properly, some lightbulbs are missing or not working. Also, It is a shame there are only sun blockers at windows: the choice being either you stay in the drak or everybody sees you... |

The feeling of being in an appartment instead of a tiny room. The small kitchen is very practical and is sufficiently equipped and the table and comfortable chair allow one to work. |

Location is very convenient for the EU institutions staff on mission to the Headquarters, facilities are excellent, staff is friendly and professional Pillows in the bedroom were not very convenient (too thick), and unfortunately, it was not possible to have them changed. So, availability of "multiple choice" of pillows would be recomended |

It is a lovely quiet location, very convenient to the EU buildings, with a nicely lively area with restaurants and bars nearby, and very easily accessible to the rest of the city via Metro or bus. A great home base if you want to relax in a more homey environment than a simple hotel room. The literature about the hotel made reference to facilities that did not exist - reference to all rooms having a jacuzzi bath, though mine did not, and to a laundry facility that was also not present. This was, however, only a very minor disappointment. |

Convenience and location. Good sized family accomodation. Good location with easy access to shops, buses, trains and conference centre. Could've been tidied up a little bit. Some wallpaper peeling, no soap in the toilet, bedroom TV did not have a power switch. |

Nice spacious apartment. Good facilities. Excellent Room Rate for my stay. Plenty of local restuarants close by. More like staying at home than in a hotel - Would be great for a longer stay. |

Dogodna lokalizacja, wygodna sypialnia i living room z kuchnią, cicha okolica, czysto. Uwaga - przy rezerwacji przez booking.com (i niektóre inne serwisy) nie otrzymuje się właściwego kodu umożliwiającego wejście do hotelu i w przypadku przybycia po godz. 20 trzeba dzwonić na numer alarmowy. Lepiej zadzwonić przed przyjazdem i uzyskać kod. Pokój, który na mnie czekał nie był posprzątany po poprzednim gościu i trzeba było go zmieniać, korzystając z telefonu alarmowego. Kuchenka mikrofalowa nie działała, brak jakiejkolwiek patelni czy garnka w kuchni. |

Très bel appartement, spacieux et calme, malgré la situation de la chambre face à la rue. La confirmation de réservation précise que la location de la chambre peut être réglée ultérieurement, après l'envoi d'une facture (ce qui est aisé en voyage d'affaires), pourtant, on vous demande de régler la note avant de partir! Il vaut mieux prévoir, sachant le prix des chambres... |

Komfort, čistota, lokalita. Jednlala jsem s 3 zaměstnanci hotelu v office, jedna z nich byla naprosto neochotná napomoci mi najít nejbližší zastávku autobusu na letiště, chybí tzto info na letáčku hotelu, určitě by to hostům pomohlo. Dále je trochu chaotický systém přístupových kódů, v e-mailu jsem dostala PIN, který ale nebyl přístupovým kódem pro vstup do budovy, ten jsem dostala v jiném e-mailu den před příjezdem do hotelu,a le to jsem se již na mail nemohla podívat. Bylo by dobré zahrnout již přístupový kód do potvrzení o rezenrvaci hotelu. |
