The place was very quiet and clean, close to the metro station and also with a bus stop connecting the city center right in front of the building. The mattress was comfortable and the room was quite big. Although there was two internal doors separating my room from others and luckily I had no neighbours, just wondering how uncomfortable it would be in case we had other guests next door, having the feeling they were sharing the room with us...
The rate of this hotel was 4 stars, but I don't recall staying in a 4 star hotel where I had to pay 9 euros per day in order to have access to the internet and pay an extra 14 euros for breakfast... I am wondering if the owners are giving more attention to the fact the square is located near Schuman rather than quality of services. Next time, I would be happier to stay in a three stars hotel in Ixelles and have breakfast and internet included in the price. Also, there is no reception during the weekends.
No heating in the room. No wifi code in my envelope.
No one at the front desk during Saturday and Sunday. Paying for internet.
The room was clean and the location very convenient
There was a strange smell in the room although it was clean
The location is excellent and the premises are good, including service.
The room would benefit from some renovation - it is clean, good but shows marks of heavy usage - this shouldn't be the case of an apartment with such a price tag. I found appaling the Wi-Fi was charge nearly 10 EUR/day. I know a lot of aparthotels of same quality of rooms providing Wi-Fi for free.
very big comfortable room
very large clean room
smell a bit intense in the corridors no cleaning and breakfast during weekends
I enjoy the feeling of space, a must if you are staying more than one night. It's nice to sit on a sofa or high backed chair.
Location Gym Silence
Poor room, poor room facilities for over 120€ a night. Poor breakfast for the price Paid wifi (nowadays free wifi is a minimum)
Location near a small park and lovely bards nearby.
We couldn't work the television system - you need to review your instructions because we followed them but still could not get the TV to work.
I would like to pay for the hotel during my presence
- Just a few minutes' walk from Schuman Rondpoint, and thus close to the EU institutions, metro, restaurants and bars galore. - Stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and utensils: A nicely equipped kitchen. - Stylish decor with wooden furniture, comfortable sofas, recliners and bed. - Appealing bathroom: Bathtub with shower head and a retractable clothesline. - Very clean, no strange odours. - Decently quiet. Heard some murmurs from partying young people in another room, but nothing too disturbing.
- Batteries for the living room TV remote were flat and calcified, obviously not changed in ages. Couldn't seem to turn on this particular TV with buttons on the side. The TV in the bedroom seemed to have no power at all, despite being plugged in. - Hasty entrance of room cleaning service at 5 PM: I'd just got in from a long day and wanted out of my stuffy clothes, so imagine my surprise when there was a knock on the door, and scant seconds afterwards the maids opened it themselves to find me standing in my underpants half-way to my discarded pile of clothes. Next time I'll be sure to use the Do Not Disturb sign.
Bed comfortable room and bathroom clean
Staff very unhelpful. Wanted to charge me for Wiifi at €150 per night but I challenged it and they withdrew. Refused me breakfast just a few minutes after 10.00. Next morning egg boiling system did t work but no help from staff. To get into this hotel guests must key in a No. There is no house keeping or reception services at night For my three night stay towels were never changed. This is a hotel that has absolutely no sense of customer service. I would never stay here again.
Lobby, room, bathroom all clean and modern looking. Staff available and helpful.
All was good
Plenty of room. Loved that I had a bath. Kitchen facilities good. Great to be able to do washing
Toilet smelt strongly of cigarettes and there was no office open over weekend
Great views Lots of space Great bathrooms Nice kitchens
Bed springs could be felt Door coming off its hinges Exorbitant price for wifi

Congratulations to MARTIN! Also, our thanks to the lady who helped us retrieve the correct key, over the phone, on our arrival on Sunday. It was the best service for a foreign traveler we ever experienced.
there is nothing to say here.
The room is quite small for our family
There is no credibility Cleaning bad Does not have a balcony, No right to to never be 4 stars, it should be a 3 star I would not advise him never
plenty of space, including terrace outside room/apartment. Very well appointed and good lighting.
Great value for money
Maintenance a little poor
The poor position of shower head causing water to leak into the floor. On a Saturday in a heat wave the air conditioning did not work making the room uncomfortable and the reception was closed on weekends and bank holidays - contact can only be made by telephone.
- good equipment -size of the room and bathroom
I feel at home, i dont have the impression of being in a hotel. It's a very comfortable place, very well located. Everything is clean. Internet works also without any problem. Bed is fine, the bathroom as well. And lastly, the coffee machine is great!
Not well isolated, sometimes i can hear other clients. Internet is expensive i think. The same for the breakfast. I prefer to go somewhere else rather than take something at the appartment lobby.
