the enter change room did very well for my family with the young kids.

We informed at the time of booking arriving late. hotel was supposed to send us information they did not, we had to chase Booking.com finally got the info. Arrive late the safe door was open and no keys to the room. We had to ring duty manager he asked us to open

As always friendly staff, easy procedures for late check-in. Any issue is solved very fast.

Great location - 5 mins walk from Schuman metro, 3 mins walk from airport bus stop, lots of Italian restaurants and local bars / cafes nearby.

More hotel than apartment, but I suppose that's what an aparthotel is. Who charges for WiFi nowadays? Bed mattress was very hard.

- The apartment is spatious and nicely furnished with tv and stereo included - it is helpful that the mini appartment has all the facilities for preparing a small meal or coffe/tea

- The nature of doing business with absence of reception desk after 8pm and unti 8am is problematic if the guest arrives late (and forgets the paper with instructions) or if his/her meeting starts early on the day of departure and needs to wait until 8am to pay for the room. - it seems ridiculous that a capsule for a cup of coffee provided for the coffee-machine in a 4-star hotel appartment is charged extra. The price of it should be assumed in the overall price for staying at the apartment which is not very low anyway.

Location and discretion

Room was not quite clean, internet has to be paid apart and not working well. Tv worked for 5 minutes and then was loosing signal, had to wait for 30 minutes to watch another 5 minutes. The staff was careless and not interested in helping, so none of the problems was solved.

Location, cleanliness, no hassle I recommend.

Spacious room and adequate kitchenette facilities/utensils.

1. Being charged internet separately, cann't the accommodation price not include this? 2. My room telephone was not working and was reported from day 2 of my stay when it was discovered and several reminders followed but the whole week was still not rectified and I was not offered a solution. 3. My room was being cleaned late, around 5pm, normally when I am back from my day business, this is disturbing and the cleaning is rushed. 4. Lack of coordination between various departments of the hotel e.g To be invoiced for use of internet when one of the officers had offered it for free, (Issue still being discussed). And malfunctioning of telephone was reported more than once but each hotel officer seemed to be hearing it for the first time.

I didn'T like the curtains in the flat. they were falling apart and light was coming trough. A net curtain would also be A good think to give some privacy from the building across the road.

The location is excellent. My dog was welcomed. the size of the apartment is adequate

The place could have been cleaner. The balcony should be individual and not shared with 3 other apartments. The Nespresso machine is a professional one, it thus obliged you to pay 1 euro per capsule.

The location of the hotel is great - surrounded by everything you need, while being very quiet and discrete. And the studio was simply amazing, got me really surprised. It turned to be my preferred hotel in Brussels, no doubt.

The lack of staff and no breakfast available during the weekend.

we didn't like the loud noise of drills coming from the penthouse above us which was being refurbished after a very long tiring journey from the uk we then had to endure the deafening noise for over 2 hours. this started again before 10 am saturday so we had to go out all day for some peace and quiet this is not what i expect to pay for . the hotel should inform guests that work is being carried out before they book. had we known we would have booked a different hotel . we could not complain at the time as there are no staff working at the weekends

Brilliant apartment - stayed in a 2-bedroom which was actually two 1- bedroom apartments with an inter-connecting door. Very comfortable, warm, clean, uk tv channels and good basic cooking facilities - we made a family meal easily. Dishwasher tablets provided for the dishwasher, washing up liquid, tea-towel and cloths all provided. Fabulous location - less than 10 minutes walk from the local underground station and within easy walking distance of the European Quarter. Checked in at 11am as room was ready although they would have looked after our luggage had this not been possible. All in all, really good value stay for a family of 4.

No 'normal' tea - only fruit and green tea. Only one small bottle shampoo and shower gel provided between two people for a 3 night stay (would have been replaced during the week but we stayed over a weekend).

Location perfect for my purpose. Facilities are good, check-in and -out hasslefree and fast. My favourite Brussels hotel

Only thing I would fault it on was a hair dryer which kept cutting out every minute for a few minutes.this made it difficult for my wife to get ready to go out but could happen anywhere.

Convenient location, comfortable and well-appointed. The rear facing rooms with balcony are particularly quiet and pleasant.

Rooms are overlooked so needs net curtain for daytime use and privacy in addition to standard curtains.
