Well located, possibilty to do some limited cooking, living/kitchen area separate from bedroom

Problems with expresso machine; Wifi internet should be free (when you book directly on-line with the hotel, it is free)

on leaving day the reception was simply closed as there was a holiday in belgium - without warning!!! Check out and paying properly was not able under these circumstances. I never expericend such an ignorance.

Great room with fridge and kettle.

Internet too expensive... Breakfast should be included in price,,

There is good use of the space, suitable for long business stay. Rooms are kept clean and staff is discreet.

The maintenance side could be improved - doors that do not close properly, some lightbulbs are missing or not working. Also, It is a shame there are only sun blockers at windows: the choice being either you stay in the drak or everybody sees you...

Location is very convenient for the EU institutions staff on mission to the Headquarters, facilities are excellent, staff is friendly and professional

Pillows in the bedroom were not very convenient (too thick), and unfortunately, it was not possible to have them changed. So, availability of "multiple choice" of pillows would be recomended

It is a lovely quiet location, very convenient to the EU buildings, with a nicely lively area with restaurants and bars nearby, and very easily accessible to the rest of the city via Metro or bus. A great home base if you want to relax in a more homey environment than a simple hotel room.

The literature about the hotel made reference to facilities that did not exist - reference to all rooms having a jacuzzi bath, though mine did not, and to a laundry facility that was also not present. This was, however, only a very minor disappointment.

Nice spacious apartment. Good facilities. Excellent Room Rate for my stay. Plenty of local restuarants close by. More like staying at home than in a hotel - Would be great for a longer stay.

Das Frühstück ist miserabel.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et calme, malgré la situation de la chambre face à la rue.

La confirmation de réservation précise que la location de la chambre peut être réglée ultérieurement, après l'envoi d'une facture (ce qui est aisé en voyage d'affaires), pourtant, on vous demande de régler la note avant de partir! Il vaut mieux prévoir, sachant le prix des chambres...

Komfort, čistota, lokalita.

Jednlala jsem s 3 zaměstnanci hotelu v office, jedna z nich byla naprosto neochotná napomoci mi najít nejbližší zastávku autobusu na letiště, chybí tzto info na letáčku hotelu, určitě by to hostům pomohlo. Dále je trochu chaotický systém přístupových kódů, v e-mailu jsem dostala PIN, který ale nebyl přístupovým kódem pro vstup do budovy, ten jsem dostala v jiném e-mailu den před příjezdem do hotelu,a le to jsem se již na mail nemohla podívat. Bylo by dobré zahrnout již přístupový kód do potvrzení o rezenrvaci hotelu.
