Well-located, courteous staff, parking available

We were very pleased with our room which had excellent en-suite facilities and was very spacious. This was our second visit to the hotel and we will definitely book here again the next time we go to Ostend. We were there for a show at the Casino which is very near and there are lots of good restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood also. Breakfast is very good - it's good to have some hot dishes as well as cold platters. The front office staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

I thought it was exceptionally quiet, which I enjoyed a great deal after a long day of traveling. Also the location in proximity to quite a few excellent restaurants was a nice bonus.

The room was modern and nicely decorated. The swimming pool was of a decent size although it was by reception and a little bit on display. Staff were very pleasant and eager to please.

The double bed was infact 2 singles pushed together. This meant that the beds slipped apart during the night so we didn't sleep too well The pillows were the continental square type and a little lumpy.

Hotel is in a great location and within easy access for the beach, shopping and eating out. It is a clean hotel with lots to do.

We enjoyed the stay very much until it came to breakfast. The dinning room was full and there was no around to clear the tables, so guests had to sit where ever they could surrounded by dirty pots. When we went to get the breakfast most of the cooked food ( scrambled egg, bacon etc) had run out and a long queue had formed waiting for more supply. Unfortunately we left hungry with no one to complain too as no one aroond.

The hotel is near the beach, but on a quiet street near restaurants. Nice little indoor pool with changing room, toilet, open shower, free hot and cold breakfast buffet. Spacious room and shower room (room 226). Fine for kids.

The pull-out sofa bed on our room for 3 was not really soft enough to be a mattress, more of a platform. The pillows were lumpy. In the breakfast room, the coffee was from a machine, a stream of coffee concentrate and one of hot water came out of the machine, it was OK, but could have been better. The bathroom and toilet had frosted glass doors and an open shower, not really private enough if you are traveling with friends. No view. Although the beach is close, it is a narrow part of it. The nicest, big part of the beach is a bit of a walk.

Heerlijke ruime kamer. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel ligt op redelijke loopafstand van het station. Je loopt de straat uit en bent aan zee. En slechts 1 straat verder begint het centrum van Oostende. Perfecte ligging dus. Wij waren hier voor de 2 keer voor een langere periode (10 dagen). Volgende keer boeken wij zeer zeker weer dit hotel.

het zwembad, de watertemperatuur was prima. Het bed was groot genoeg, en de matras was goed. De temperatuur op de kamer was goed.

Alles was perfect naar wens en het (inbegrepen ) ontbijtbuffet was enorm uitgebreid.Het interieur van de kamer leek nagelnieuw en was Super!!!! Hier komen we zeker terug!!!!!
