The staff were very friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome. You could sit up all night drinking if you wanted to - and I did! The breakfast buffet was well laid out and fresh everyday. Very good location, just a very short walk to the beach and centre of town. The swimming pool was very welcome and gave the hotel a slight edge on most of the other hotels in Ostend. You could tell the management thought about the little things that travellers may like or need, such as toothpaste/ toothbrushes in the vending machine and wifi internet, etc. My only criticism would have to be the bed, as mine squeaked when I moved, but I don't think that would be a general criticism as those travelling with me did not have the same problem (I was in room 302 but you do have a sea view - so it's swings and roundabouts really. |

The swimminpool was nice and the room looked ok. Close to the beach. Nice breakfast. Unclear that sauna had to be paid on use. Beds were not great. |

Nicely decorated room (superior double room). Breakfast is also very good. Pleasant swimming-pool and good location close to the beach and restaurants. Matress a bit too soft to my taste and bathrooms are not enough isolated from the bedroom. I would also have appreciated a filled mini-bar. Also, the lift is too small considering the size of the hotel; we had to use the stairs several times after waiting 5 to 10 minutes for a free lift (we had a baby in a buggy). Parking was unfortunately full and I had my car scratched in the street nearby. |

you ask for non smoking but every room alowes smoking. plus dogs in the dinning room. the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept in.and if you have a front view it was very noisey |

Het onthaal was heel goed en zeer vriendelijk. Alsook werd ons alles mooi uitgelegd. De hotel kamer was minder. Gaten van sigaretten in de gordijnen, een koude kamer en het rook er muf. |

apprecier l'acceuil personnel tres bon petit dejeune copieux la chambre n'est pas du tout comme sur internet c'est vieux a l'interrieur de la salle de bain et pas de baignoir les evacuation de douche bouche je pense qu'il faut renove une partie de l'hotel ou alord prendre une chambre un peut plus chere pour avoir une salle de bain confortable avec baignoire |
