Very good location for my purpose, flexible time for accommodation and departure, the room was big enough

Noise of the construction works outside; There was a huge water pad at the entrance door; I strongly prefer firm real bed, instead of folding one

Space, price.

There was no wireless WiFi working properly.

Spacious rooms. Good location. Complete amenities.

It is close to Schuhman, which I was looking for.

Until I gave back the keys I haven,t seen anybody from the staff. So my validation for stuff is maybe not accurate.

I did not recieve any instructions to enter the flat. And as my cell phone didn't work in brussels I had difficulty contacting anyone to get access. When I finally got access, the lobby area smelled and I found a dirty dish in the sink - that made me feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the whole apartment. I was also woken up at 5.30am by loud construction work next door.

The room was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable.

The building smelled unpleasant, which was of course not the fault of the company as it was one flat in a block operated by someone else, but all the same it was really not nice to be in the corridors, stairs, lift or lobby.

The apartment was very silent, and it is placed in a very comfortable - though central - part of the city, close to the subway system.

The apartment was not decently cleaned nor well kept (dirty walls, rickety locks, etc.).

Ease of access to flat/studio, free wifi connection and generous space.

The area surrounding the apartment was beautiful and felt safe. It is near a lot of the international business such as the EU. There is a great international feeling, with great restaurants and the metro nearby. There is also a huge beautiful park and museums just 1 block away.

The building I stayed in on Rue Rembrant was very old and seemed a little unstable. The wood was warped throughout the whole building. The furniture was old, but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was not pleasant and the bathroom had a sit down shower/ bath. It was charming though and includes wireless internet.

I appreciated the privacy of having one's own apartment - the space, the use of a kitchen, and the crude feeling of 'living' in a city, rather than staying at a hotel.

To its credit, nothing major. Minor things include i)not being able to push the bed against the wall, due to it being a swinging bed. ii)the toaster dangerously sparking, setting fire to toast and blowing fuses, iii)the loose cables coming out of the wall - which could be a very bad idea if children were around.
