Central location, reasonably priced and comparatively large rooms with the required basic elements. Liked the fact that room overlooked a little terrace. Staff were prompt in responding and helpful and accommodating.
Didnt like keeping my luggage, even with camera in open location at entrance. Glad i was in the block with a lift. If heavy luggage be cautioned, request for block with lift or alternately request for staff assistance. Kitchen utensils as toaster needs replacement and certain taps have constant leak due to washers giving away. Hence the noise can be a little disturbing at night.
Ease of Check-in. Very spacious room.
An excellent location for those having business in Schumann area. Nothing more.
Worst bed I ever had. Seems that house keeper has gone long time ago; hair in bed, some blood spots in the bathroom (not 100% sure about that), dust beneath the furniture (I am not an inspector, but I was looking for a socket), smelly fridge.
Nothing to write
Nice and clean
Perfect location, a walk from the metro or even cultural places. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. The flat was top floor and had big windows overseeing the city. The flat was big and comfortable
The next door flat had smokers and we could feel the smell on the arrival. That went away after the first day but was not a very good first impression
Excellent position if you deal with EU
The vacuum cleaner and garbage bags dropped on the floor, Very bad smell (drainage system?), cutely inexistent, plats glasses and cups very dirty. Some nice soap creams in the bathroom but unfortunately they expired 3 years ago
view if the back yard.
Location and privacy
Room at the basement. No window. The boiler for the water had to much calcareous that I didn't dare to use it.
I wanted to pay in cash and they have charged my credit card, after we have agreed that I will pay in cash. The owner told me "sorry I can not do anything with it". Then I wrote to booking and then she said that she has cancelled the charging. She was mean to me and she was YELLING at me. And I told her that the internet does not work (it was connected but did not work). She said "it's free so don not complian if it does not work and in every other room it's working". And she had a funny smile (was happy to make me feel uncomfortable). That night I met with a man from room 105 he was asking me what is the wifi code because the internet does not work. He told me that their room has NO WINDOW and his wife is very said because she wanted to work during the night. The room was DIRTY I made photos about it.
Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious. Good heating. Great location.
No breakfast for the price! Dusty lightbulbs in the lamps.
Nice apartment with plenty of space, very near I needed to be.
Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I only stayed for a night but surely would have been great to stay longer.
The curtain in the bathroom window was too thin/transparent. People at the other side could easily see you.
The location is very convenient, it is close to European Union Buildings, Royal Military Academy and Schuman Metro Station. There is a very close by Carrefour for grocery shopping and some restaurants to eat. The apartment was roomy and the kitchen was equipped to be ready to cook. Wifi was good.
The apartment interior was very old and needs better maintenance, decoration and cleaning. The blankets were very old. They do not clean the rooms daily as it would be in a hotel and they do not pick up garbage. The flat doors are very old. We had two different people in the reception. There was one gentlemen who was nice but there was one senior lady who was not friendly. She gave me difficult time when I told her that I forgot the key inside the door and she told me that they have to break the door and I had to pay for it which was the rudest thing that I have every heard in a hotel.
Its location, more or less.
I'm not a very demanding guest, but in this era one of the few things I request to an hotel is a reliable internet connection. However, Wi-Fi didn't work during all my stay and I couldn't gather extra information for my meeting or getting in touch with others. Horrible.
Location Spacious room
WiFi didn't work despite having a good signal in my room, and the lady at the reception (only reachable by phone) didn't seem to be bothered by it.
Good value for money
The heating system did not work
Excellent location Great comfort (excellent bed) More than enough space All in all I liked the flat a lot. I got one of the biggest flats in the Rue du Coutembourgh and they seem to be the biggest and newest ones. The service was great, I got hold of somebody when needed.
Some of the facilities seemed to be a bit worn out (e.g. the dishwasher did not work and the door handle was not fixed, some stains on the sofa).
Near to the European Quarter (EC, EP), good wifi, clean rooms.
location,room size, electric iron available
I haven't received any information how to get into the building with a code (3pm). I have not met any of the staff team during my time there.
- It was a 4 min walk from EPSO offices where I had an assessment centre - Having my own fridge and a bakery just down the street - Having albeit imperfect Wifi
- I couldn't get the shower to work on the first night, and the receptionist ignored my email asking to be shown how it worked. - Wifi only worked when I connected to the next door flat's network rather than my own, and even then was unstable - There were no proper knives or a chopping board in the kitchen.
Old expensive and you can hear everything from outside Toilet window is visible from outside
Location. The appartment itself with kitchen and living with sleeping room
No hot water, no curtain outside window in bathroom, sand in the tub. No internet. One plug for laptop or telephone.
Location Wifi Kitchen Carrefour supermarket is very near
No Elevators in the building and they have lot of flats on first and second floor. Sometimes it become difficult for the guests with big luggage.
