Excellent and highly recommended accommodations. Clean, quiet, and unbeatable price. Especially when considering all of the amenities included with your stay.

Beware the washing machine that takes almost three hours for the smallest load you have ever seen. Other than that, this place was amazing.

The situation was excellent.

All the electric appliances did not work.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is just 30 mins slow walk to the borchette conference centre which is perfect for me as I often work there. Besides its close to the park as well :)

The facilities of acess, THe good point was the Check in even if you arrive very late.

The shower was dirty, and the all Stuff on the bathroom was not very clean... No forks no knife on the kitchen no glasses...

These flats are all within walking distance of Rond Point Schuman, but substantially cheaper than the hotels there. The lady in charge at Rue Veronese was very helpful and flexible.

A bit run down, tap dripped in bathroom, could be cleaner, top floor flat of Veronese is up a high narrow staircase, and bed room up an open wooden staircase, so no good for anyone who isn't fit or doesn't like heights.

- it's close to the metro station Schuman - close to Carrefour Express and Delhaize - you can find parking places - very easy to exit the city in less than 10 minutes in the weekend - good value for the money - very big bathroom - wifi works ok

Overall, I think it was great value for money. The location for whom wishes to stay close to the European Institutions is unbeatable.

I didn't like the fact that nobody had told us that we would stay in different places (that is, my colleagues stayed around 7 minutes walk from were I did). But on the other hand, it wasn't that major a drawback, and the instructions to reach the seperate apartments (even at night) were very clear.

Wifi, location.

The flat was simply dirty. It hasn't seen a vacuum-cleaner for a long time. In the bathroom there was a huge spider web under the ceiling and the sink was dirty. I am rather undemanding person but some things are just not acceptable - the room may be equiped with old furniture but must be clean. To be honest I am not sure if I want to come back there...

The apartment was spacious, considering its location in the city.

The apartment doesn't have a washing machine within it, and the commumity one was in a dingy part of the building.

Very helpful and kind receptionist. Free wi-fi.

It was cold - the heating regulation was not possible. Hairdryer was not working. Bed has seen better times. Only one programme on tv.

The flat has all basics. Good location. Near the Metro and the EC. Collecting the key is straight fwd despite late arrival.

The location was very good as it is near the European Parliament area and also close to Schumann for both the metro and bus services. There is also a few supermarkets nearby and cafes/snack bars. The wi-fi was free as well and this was useful. There is also a lift in the building as the stairs are very narrow and this was useful. The building was very quiet which was a plus.

The flat did not look like the pictures on the web site. It was not as clean as I would have liked and the kitchen drawers were dirty and the cutlery and plates were a mish mash and again not very clean. I ended up having to wash the dishes/cutlery I wanted to use and the microwave. The bathroom was again not very clean and I cleaned the bath and sink before using. In the main room, which is also the bedroom the curtains did not fit the window, so I rang the customer service number and had to insist that this was rectified as you could see into the studio flat and where I would be sleeping. This was rectified with a sheet over the window and sorted the following day. However the gentleman spoke no english. The only other issue was the water, which was never hot at all and not very nice given the weather was cold. The double bed was two singles which were very lumpy and I ended up falling down the middle during the night.

Good location 7 minutes from Schumann. Free WiFi was working without problems.

My apartment was in the attic. Shower was squeezed in under a sloping ceiling which forced me to bend my neck to be able to shower. Bed was not the most comfortable. Roof window could not be covered entirely in bed room which made it impossible to make the room dark while sleeping.

Flat was coldish (weather was cold) on arrival and the tile floor in the kitchen did not help. I was ib the flat on the top floor.

Privacy, location.

It take long, before water in a tap or shower gets warm. Poor facilities in kitchenette (no spoons, no bigger cap or plate). No electricity in some plugs.

To be right in the middle of Brussels, and to be left alone.

Not having my coffeemachine the evening I arrived. There was no coffee- machine, just a hot water boiler.

Actually, I can't really rate the staff of the hotel since I didn't meet them. EU Flat is not a hotel. It's really a set of small flats and you got all the info to enter the place w/o encountering any staff. It's not a good or bad point, just s/thing to mention not to be surprised. At least check in/out are quick ;-)

Cleanliness is just fair. As often, when there is a small kitchen set, cleanliness depends on your own standard! For us it really was so so.

There is nothing to complaine about

The flat was really clean, convenient and had all facilities which were needed. I will definitely go to this flat if I travel to Brussels again.
