La pulizia delle stanze, assolutamente carente.

la posizione, a 5 minuti dalla metro Shuman, cuore di tutti gli edifici delle istituzioni

Ho prenotato quest'hotel per la presenza di wireless gratuito, ma non funzionava. Le istruzioni nella lettera personale e quelle nella stanza erano divergenti. Dopo aver selezionato quelle esatte, la rete di EU Flat non si connetteva a internet (mentre quella dell'hotel di fronte sì, ma non disponevo della password). Ho cercato di chiamare la reception (che non è sempre sul posto) ma il telefono non funzionava e così ho dovuto fare una chiamata con il mio cellulare straniero. La signora mi ha risposto in modo stizzito dicendomi che la connessione funzionava benissimo, mi ha fatto richiamare da un signore che mi ha consigliato di usare il pc fisso della hall... che non funzionava! L'indomani ho saputo che la connessione ha spesso problemi.

Cucina sporca,completa assenza di personale alla reception, non così vicino alla metro.

The curtains and the carpet were not clean, otherwise ok

I liked the location very much and the fact that I had free Internet access. I also liked the fact that the room was bright and rather big.

I did not like the smell on the hallway, the fact that the furniture was old and most importantly that the key had problems and it took us 15 minutes of struggling to open to door.

Convenient position

The room was poorly furnished and on a very busy main road, very noisy. Also above a canteen so smelt of food.

you even can not find a people to pay the hotel

Very comfortable, good location near by Schuman place, metro, restaurants, pharmacy...

The apt. was spacious and well kept. The location was very good, in the European Quarter near the EU and a metro stop. It was in a nice neighborhood but still close to the metro and airport transportation lines.

The apt. had cigarette smoke smell. The kitchen implements were terrible: old, rusted, and very scratched. And there were very few of them. No spatula and no sharp knife for instance. Having rented apartments all over Europe and North America, this one was the most poorly stocked.
