wifi internet doesn't work as it should. no fans or air conditioner in hot weather... no reception people during weekend... no way for people to call the room... location not easy to find (20 mins to subway) quite disappointed |

Very good location for my purpose, flexible time for accommodation and departure, the room was big enough Noise of the construction works outside; There was a huge water pad at the entrance door; I strongly prefer firm real bed, instead of folding one |

Clean and comfortable, EU district oriented, best solution for privacy and smart stay. Staff very helpful and big apartments. Reception closing time to be considered (or asked, even). |

It is close to Schuhman, which I was looking for. Until I gave back the keys I haven,t seen anybody from the staff. So my validation for stuff is maybe not accurate. |

I did not recieve any instructions to enter the flat. And as my cell phone didn't work in brussels I had difficulty contacting anyone to get access. When I finally got access, the lobby area smelled and I found a dirty dish in the sink - that made me feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the whole apartment. I was also woken up at 5.30am by loud construction work next door. |

The room was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The building smelled unpleasant, which was of course not the fault of the company as it was one flat in a block operated by someone else, but all the same it was really not nice to be in the corridors, stairs, lift or lobby. |

The apartment was very silent, and it is placed in a very comfortable - though central - part of the city, close to the subway system. The apartment was not decently cleaned nor well kept (dirty walls, rickety locks, etc.). |

The flat is very close to the city in a lovely quarter only five minutes away from Schuman in a small and rather quiet street. Enjoyed the bathroom with tub and daylight. furniture was modern and functional. Arrived late in the evening, however it was no problem obtaining the keys. TVset with more than 50 programmes. rather big kitchenette with all necessary equipment, simply furnished. |

The area surrounding the apartment was beautiful and felt safe. It is near a lot of the international business such as the EU. There is a great international feeling, with great restaurants and the metro nearby. There is also a huge beautiful park and museums just 1 block away. The building I stayed in on Rue Rembrant was very old and seemed a little unstable. The wood was warped throughout the whole building. The furniture was old, but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was not pleasant and the bathroom had a sit down shower/ bath. It was charming though and includes wireless internet. |
