В принципе, несмотря на то, что это Европейский квартал, здесь довольно тихо и спокойно. Рядом отличный большой парк. Машину припарковать рядом с отелем вполне реально. Квартира довольно маленькая, но уютная. Расположена в ПОЛУПОДВАЛЕ в 50 см от входной двери, которая хлопает у вас над ухом. Вполне подойдет для проживания 1-2 человек. Ключи носите с собой. В апарт-отелях это нормальная практика. Заявленных в каждой квартире телефона, фена в ванной комнате и полностью оснащенной кухни на Rue Veronese 83 в кв.108 нет. Из посуды - в наличии огромных размеров единственная кастрюля, сильно поцарапанная сковородка, и кофеварка, в которой отсутствует стеклянный чайник (по-видимому разбили). У микроволновки напрочь отсутствуют ручки, но она работает и за то, что осталось от ручек можно накрутить время разогрева пищи ("на глазок"). Есть духовой шкаф под плитой. Холодильник периодически напоминает вам о своем существовании грозным рыком. Будьте готовы к тому, что мусор забирают 1 раз в неделю. Так же меняют полотенца и постельное белье. НО! Все эти недоразумения ни в коей мере не помешали моему классному отдыху в самом сердце Европы! |

Наш номер находился немного в подвале, очень специфично. В общем-то обстановка очень милая. Есть даже мини кухня с плитой, чайником, полноценным холодильником и микроволновой печью. Конечно, мебель не супер новая, но симпатичная. Ванна прекрасна, мыться можно с удовольствием. Было бы неплохо, чтобы девушки на ресепшен были всегда. Когда мы приехали в 21:00 никого не было и пришлось связываться с ними по телефону. |

I liked the location very much and the fact that I had free Internet access. I also liked the fact that the room was bright and rather big. I did not like the smell on the hallway, the fact that the furniture was old and most importantly that the key had problems and it took us 15 minutes of struggling to open to door. |

Location, impersonal, as no human in sight! Key to room was dodgy needed jugggling to get it to open the door. Facilities technical good but broken or no knobs. |

The apartment was very spacious, and the location was excellent. Just 2 mins away from the European Quarter. I was guaranteed free wifi, but the connection was very very bad. There was a kitchen, but with no cuttlery, so I found it impossible even to put some jam on my toast in the morning. For the same money, I could have gone to a much better hotel and still near to the Institutions. Adding to that, there is no lift and the stairs are really narrow, so think twice if you have lot of luggage. |

I liked the fact that I felt the place very familiar and comfortable because it was clean and quiet. There is no lift but it is just a 3 floor hotel, so it is not that problematic. |

The apt. was spacious and well kept. The location was very good, in the European Quarter near the EU and a metro stop. It was in a nice neighborhood but still close to the metro and airport transportation lines. The apt. had cigarette smoke smell. The kitchen implements were terrible: old, rusted, and very scratched. And there were very few of them. No spatula and no sharp knife for instance. Having rented apartments all over Europe and North America, this one was the most poorly stocked. |

The room I had was spacious and quite well located near metro station. No staff but istructions how to pickup your key. They don not clean every day. Free WIFI. This is in an appartment building that has not been renovated for many years, but the appartment is ok. |

Affordable housing in the EU-quarter. Large room with a lot of space for two persons. Newly furbished bathroom. Friendly staff. Fast and steady wi-fi. Avoid the rooms at ground level if you don´t like early mornings: Construction work across the street starts at 7 in the morning. Besides the bathroom, the hotel was somewhat run-down. |
