Att det ligger nära EU:s institutioner. Området är bra i andra avseenden också - affärer, restauranger, lätt att ta sig till andra delar av Bryssel. I ärlighetens namn måste jag också säga att jag första dagen påpekade ett par saker att åtgärda (trasig vattenkokare, icke-fungerande lampa, sprucket och läckande duschhandtag) och det åtgärdade man under samma dag. Ingen rumsstädning. Obemannat. Bristfällig information om i vilken byggnad rummet låg. Smutsiga/nedslitna heltäckningsmattor. Stenhård säng. Bullrande kylskåp. Spruckna glas. Bristfälligt utrustat kök. Sunkiga och slitna möbler. Varmvattnet ibland fullständigt obefintligt. Det kom och gick efter eget huvud! Alldeles för dyrt (89€/natt). |

wifi internet doesn't work as it should. no fans or air conditioner in hot weather... no reception people during weekend... no way for people to call the room... location not easy to find (20 mins to subway) quite disappointed |

Very good location for my purpose, flexible time for accommodation and departure, the room was big enough Noise of the construction works outside; There was a huge water pad at the entrance door; I strongly prefer firm real bed, instead of folding one |

Clean and comfortable, EU district oriented, best solution for privacy and smart stay. Staff very helpful and big apartments. Reception closing time to be considered (or asked, even). |

I did not recieve any instructions to enter the flat. And as my cell phone didn't work in brussels I had difficulty contacting anyone to get access. When I finally got access, the lobby area smelled and I found a dirty dish in the sink - that made me feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the whole apartment. I was also woken up at 5.30am by loud construction work next door. |

The flat was spacious and very well located, nearby the metro station. We enjoyed the privacy and it was very comfortable to have a little kitchen in the apartment, |

The room was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The building smelled unpleasant, which was of course not the fault of the company as it was one flat in a block operated by someone else, but all the same it was really not nice to be in the corridors, stairs, lift or lobby. |

The apartment was very silent, and it is placed in a very comfortable - though central - part of the city, close to the subway system. The apartment was not decently cleaned nor well kept (dirty walls, rickety locks, etc.). |
