Had booked a standard room which was in the basement and not 'next' to the hotel as described (probably best as road noise wasn't too bad from there). Bathroom was in desperate need of refurbishment, no bulb in bed side lamp, couldn't plug in the other one, fan lying on the floor, not very good even for €50. Turned out our room was right next to central heating room and very noisy. As we couldn't sleep we went to complain and they moved us to another room on the ground floor. Very happy with the way it was delt with. Not sure what room it was (comfort or luxury) but was lovely, nothing to complain about. Wouldn't bother staying in a standard room if they are all the same as the one we had (room 40) but would pay the extra €10 or €20 for a better room. Could do with coffee/tea facility. Restaurant has a buffet on the friday night, seemed quite popular (so must be nice) but bit pricey for us at €35 per person. Same as other people mentioned pool is very often not accessible because of lessons. |

The location was good for my purposes. The rather high cost of the average breakfast offering is scandalous. The value for money and slow service in the bar / restaurant area at dinner was only made bearable by the friendliness of some of the staff members. |

i like the fact it ia close to the rallycross track at maasmechelen, and the filling station restaurant is very good too. the swimming pool had no water in it and the restaurant was very poor compared to recent years, whats happened ???? |

Some rooms have been nicely renovated, even though not very practical quite stylish Little or no choice of entertainment inside room (and hotel), no Pay TV, no music, breakfast is poor |

Ontbijt was prima,leuke bar. Bij aankomst bleek onze luxekamer die we al meer dan een maand hadden gereserveerd overboekt. De enige kamer die nog over was was een oude, koude standaard kamer. Bij het afrekenen hebben we dit dan ook gemeld,waardoor we de geweldige korting kregen van 10 euro! Na alles thuis eens rustigt hebben bekeken bleek op de moment van boeking tussen een luxekamer en een (nieuwe) luxekamer een verschil te zitten van 20 euro! Opzich gaat het zelfs niet over die 20 euro maar over het feit dat we niet hebben gekregen waarvoor we hebben geboekt. |

Mooie kerstversiering De sterren komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid, de kamers zijn verzorgd maar oud en aan renovatie toe, het zwembad is weinig toegankelijk omdat ze het verhuren om les te geven aan kinderen, voor een hotel met 4 sterren is dat toch wel raar dat je in het weekend in de voormiddag niet in het zwembad mag. Het buffet is goed maar zeer simpel en je hebt op vrijdag en zaterdag geen andere keuze dan het buffet te nemen. Het is maar net prijs/kwaliteit als je wijn wil dan raden ze je iets aan maar een prijs krijg je niet, de wijn was wel lekker maar 30 euro voor een huiswijn is redelijk prijzig. |

Een paar bevindingen als courante zakenreiziger: - voorzien buiten voor alternatief rokers o.a. warmte - bar was nog open na 24u. - ontbijt super verzorgt - algemeen goeie sfeer en netheid - toiletten aan bar knap trendy en zeer proper Had bij reservatie via mail een persoonlijke extra vraag opgeschreven, maar blijkbaar wordt dit niet gelezen laat staan aan beantwoord!! Spijtig |

Bediening is zeer vriendelijk geplakt tussen de snelweg en de lift hebben we geen oog dicht gedaan, voor een 'rustig' weekendje weg geen aanrader. Leuk als je één keer per jaar eens een weekendje weg kunt! Sauna en zwembad zijn of in beslag genomen door zwemles of dicht... niet kunnen gebruiken. Te weinig personeel in keuken/ restaurant op zondag.. ondanks grote inspanningen van het personeel lange wachttijden en beperkt aanbod. |

uitstekende ontvangst en duidelijke uitleg aan de receptie, geweldig avondeten(grillbuffet) met heel vriendelijke bediening!Ook een ontbijtbuffet waaraan niets ontbrak, ook perfecte service! Jammer dat sauna apart moest betaald worden, alsook huur van badjassen, ook ligging vanuit de kamers minder goed, dessertbuffet was al op om 21.30uur, op onze vraag werd deze rijkelijk bijgevuld(prima!!)Verluchting in badkamer minder goed. |

De receptionist was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was ook zeker in orde. De budget kamer van 50 euro is gedateerd maar ok. Kamer op benedenverdieping kon je het raam niet gekanteld openzetten wel gewoon openen maar dan kan ook iedereen binnenstappen. |
