The size of the (luxury)room and bathroom Nice people at the reception, taking our complaints of the restaurant seriously (bad luck with the timing: new kitchen staff and menu apparently). Large parking. Position, close to Lanaken and Maasmechelen Village. Still empty bottles in the mini-bar- no phone in the room to tell them. - Hairs on the sheets of the previous ones - too thin and rather small bathtowels - no soap rack in the shower - old fashioned shower with curtain, and hose at your back. No coffee machine in the room (luxury room).

The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The infra-structure of the hotel is very cheap. You can hear all noises from all floors in every room. VERY NOISY.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. On the hotel booking website it was advertised as being juts 500 meters away from Chateau Neercanne...this of course turned out to be deceptive as its almost 10 km away!

Locatie vlak aan Maastricht en toch in het groen. mooie kinderkamers met cadeautje voor onze twee kids Behulpzame receptie en gezellig interieur! Niets! De kinderen hebben zich super geamuseerd.

Ik heb een geweldige overnachting gehad in Eurotel lanaken zéér vriendelijk personeel, het restaurant was heel gezellig en het eten was om van te smullen, de kamer was mooi netjes en goed verzorgd, hier kom ik zeker nog terug! ! Bedankt

Ter plaatse kunnen genieten van een upgrade naar een luxe kamer mits kleine bijbetaling. Geen spijt van gehad. De kamer was erg ruim, mooi en handig omdat ons dochtertje mee was. Zeer ruime en propere badkamer met 2 lavabo's, bad en douche! Het personeel doet er ook alles aan om het verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken, nog niet vaak gezien zo! Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.

1 enkele dame om bar en restaurant te bediennen, met als gevolg zeer lang wachten. Onaanvaardbaar voor dit soort hotel. Klant betaald wel 100% voor 50% service.

De kamers waren praktisch en goed in orde. Ook aan de bar is het leuk vertoeven.De receptioniste was zeer hartelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker. Het zwembad was gesloten voor hotelgasten op zaterdag voormiddag omwille van zwemlessen voor kinderen in de buurt. Dit was zeer spijtig aangezien wij dit hotel hadden geboekt omwille van het zwembad. De bediening in het restaurant (tijdens het diner) verliep ook zeer stroef en wij hebben zeer lang moeten wachten.
