We found the two star hotel very comfortable. Breakfast excellent and the reasonable price and good location near Formula One Spa. Thank you
Very clean room and bathroom Quiet - No road or other noise at night
Decor not exactly modern No tea or coffee in room Expensive (all hotels are for F1 weekend)
The hotel is basic but comfortable and clean and at a walking distance from the city center.
Perfect base for 2 day stopover. Excellent Wifi
The lady at counter is very helpful and friendly. We checked in on Sunday and even though she can't speak much English, she tried to give directions to the various attractions. A grocery shop on the same block as the hotel. Definitely ask the lady on how to get to Mediacite and the central area as they are not really within walking distance. Tito is very friendly too!
The room was facing the sunset so it can be quite warm for a while until the sun sets (it is summer so sun sets at 10.30pm). Need to take bus 17 to train station or bus 1 and 4 to the central area. But it is within walking distance to a mall called Mediacite, good for shopping and food.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice! Laundry service too! It was a cozy place with a nice atmosphere.
Inability to make tea in our room. However, the staff brought some up.
The lady at the reception is friendly. Although it is a very small hotel, it is nice and clean. Breakfast is very good.
You can not find anybody to serve tea or coffee at night and there is no water heater in the rooms. I also would like to have a smoking room.
Free street parking. Bus to city center. Great price.
Everything was ok.
Close to the city centre (10-15 minutes walk), quiet location, friendly personel. Nice, clean and big bathroom.
Old building, very small sleeping room, nothing special. Okay breakfast, rather expensive.
We stayed for 3 nights in the Eurotel. It is run by a family owning the hotel. The lady welcomed us warmly, to a degree that you sense that you are being welcomed at someone's home. She immediately gave us directions about room and about going to town, and offered help for anything we would need during our stay. The room was within our expectations, clean and well maintained. It was comfortable, warm, and quite. The room is equipped with a desk and a flat screen with a wide selection of TV programs. Bathroom well maintained and clean. We stayed in the 4th floor. Very silent. There is an elevator for luggage, but not for people. For some people this can be a problem. If I ever go to Liège again, I will consider this hotel.
Nothing in particular to complain.
Excellent service and friendly welcome at all times. Nothing too much trouble.
A good place for a stop over. Very friendly staff and owner. Including the dog Tito! We loved it.
The staff was amazing. Always very kind and attentive. The responsible lady helped us quite a lot. The room was very comfortable and clean. We went for a conference and the venue was only 5 min away so that was very convenient but we could walk easily everywhere if we just wanted to go see Liège.
The staff didn't speak english. We were okay because we understood french and were able to communicate fairly easily but it would be hard to someone who doesn't speak the language.
Location, helpful staff
No food in room. only French speaking
Comfortable and clean and a very helpful manageress. Good breakfast. Convenient location.
Scruffy neighbourhood. A bit pricey got what it was.
Very helpful owner, hotel small, but all what is needed - is there. Great value for money as well!
The staff is very kind, the location is very convenient (possibility to park the car very close and for free), hotel very comfortable and quiet.
Staff attention was excellent -- friendly and beyond the call of duty.
Very close to Palais de Congres and city centre. We had small but cozy room. Big and clean bathroom. Lady at the reception was helpful and very nice but French speaking. Nevertheless even basic French knowledge was enough because she could read in your mind :))
The room is big and clean, and kindly staffs.
It is very noisy outside, strong street light and uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was too sweet for us.
I really liked this hotel. The staff who ran the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming. Helped with onward trains, maps etc. Very friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable for the price. It was a budget hotel, but the room was large, very clean and comfortable. A very nice older style hotel with a lot of ambiance.
The quality of the service (room, breakfast) and the attention received from the owner. I received much help from the owner because my luggage went lost at the airport during the flight from my country. I could recover it three days later and the attention during this time was excellent.
Very friendly atmosphere, very near to the river walk, near town. Very near to the Conference Centre where we had a Congress.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient for conference centre. Pleasant, clean room, and "small" breakfast was excellent value.
Noisy outside because of building work - but not the hotel's fault.
