The location was nice in the Ardennes The manager was not at all friendly, especially as we had children. There was confusion about the name of the accommodation as the sign on the facility said Euro Village. The were no glasses/cups in the bathroom. |

No specific items to mention Dated, some services not available, grey appearance, lack of maintenance. Change the name to Euro village which is indicated on the signs to the hotel, this way pee will not get confused since they will be looking for Corsendonk village which name is not mentioned on the signs any more. Pick up the phone with Euro village stead Corsendonk |

Helpfulness of the staff who had not apparently been informed of my booking and had to find a vacant room. Peaceful location. Pleasant bar area, Free WiFi worked well both in bar area and in our room.. Seemingly disorganised communication between head office and Eurovillage site - they hadn't been told of my booking and were surprised when we arrived. Labyrinthine hallways with locked doors between them that would have saved many metres of walking if they were open. Being billed for breakfast next morning when we had specifically not ordered it the night before. |

Iedereen spreekt of doet moeite om Nederlands te spreken. Bij klachten over onze kamer kregen we zonder poespas meteen een andere kamer.Gratis WiFi in heel het hotel. Behalve de bar lijkt het hele hotel - inclusief het zwembad - toe aan een grondige schoonmaak beurt om niet te spreken van een grondige renovatie. Dat het noodzakelijk is om voor het ontbijt en andere maaltijden - op voorhand te reserveren - Dat de bar sluit om 21 uur. |

de omgeving is er werkelijk prachtig, rust ! restaurant 2 dagen gesloten bij aankomst i.v.m. weinig boekingen, geen koelkast op hotelkamer, erg weinig TV kanalen en afstandbedinging die niet werkte (was ook niet te maken) zeer matig ontbijt en erg kleine kamer (2-persoons) |

Het was een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Om 20u30 konden we niets meer verkrijgen in het restaurant. We hebben dan nog wel iets kunnen eten in de bar maar we konden alleen kiezen tussen een warme of een koude schotel. |

Hotel is goed te vinden en licht midden in de natuur. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en mooie nette kamers . Het eten is goed en s`ochtens het ontbijd is ruim voldoende.Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug in dit hotel. |

De plaats wat de hotel zich bevindt is erg goed, midden in het groen en niet te ver van de dorp.Beslaat grote terreinen in het groen en de frisse lucht.Verder heeft veel mogelijkheden voor sporten,wandelen etc. |

Calme, grands espaces et nombreuses possibilités faisant penser à 1 club de vacances plus qu'1 hôtel, même si l'entretien des différents sites était faible: hors saison probablement Aucune info sur ce qui est à disposition et comment en profiter, dans la chambre ou à l'accueil. Accueil quasi inexistant, bien pour 1 recherche du calme! |

Le calme, cet hotel est en pleine campagne. Il est équipé d'un original parcourt acrobranches. Le mini-golf vieillissant, quelques ampoules a remplacer. |
