Hotel Evergreen  

While the cost was very friendly, hotel service was much better then of regular 3-star hotels in the Brussels downtown. On top of it, the cost includes a breakfast which is rather exceptional for Brussels.

-There is no parking, so it is very difficult to find parking place on the street , knowing that in Brussels there is no free parking nowhere..... - Poor breakfast comparing with the price per night. - Poor types cleanness in the bathroom almost nothing.

Friendly and flexible service for a group of visitors to the eu institutions in Brussels. All that we needed in terms of accomodation, clean and a good breakfast. Direct bus to European Centre.

The Staff was very helpfull and the breakfast excellent.

They have some insects in the room, on the bed actually I think because of the blanket, which may be old I told them about this, maybe they will change something; it' a pity for the hotel, which may be a good choice

It has really small rooms but very very clean.

There is no elevator to get to sloors and noone helps you to care your laggages to the top of the building.

You could get in about 30 minutes in the center by bus, and it's easy to reach from the National Airport.

When I booked they blocked the whole sum of the stay and when I checked out they took the sum another time without unblocking the anterior sum...talked to them and they didn't understand at all the situation. They have no elevator and the stairs are very narrow so difficult to get up luggage. The breakfast was poor but they had hot croissants and a quite nice coffee.

Location (close to workplace). The hotel is a no-frills experience but meets all basic needs very well.

Good price (comparing to other Brussels' hotels) two bedroom room had a kitchen rather good public transport connection to the centre

I most liked the courtesy and professionality of the staff. Really helpful, polite and very kind. Great people.

There was a security door (fire exit?) at 1st floor that remained open most of the time (probably because of the hot weather). It might be a danger for little children cause who may fall down.

Quite central location and good connections to the city. Quiet and calm.

Very easy to reach by car, no traffic or parking issues. Very big family room (a real apartment!)

No elevator, the hotel is not in Bruxelles (which was not an issue for us, having a rented car)

Location was not too far from the offices where I was working. Price was good for a 5 night stay.

No lift if you have heavy luggage. No real choices of restaurants/cafes in the area. Avenue Grosjean is quite noisy.

Basic room, that was clean and a good size en suite. Shower was lovely. Breakfast consisted of croissants and breads and some cereal, as well as hot drinks.

The bed was very hard.
