Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 80.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 16 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful surroundings; elegant house; tranquil courtyard to sit in;modern bathroom and all very clean and tasteful. Efficient hostess who speaks fluent English and French and was prepared to house our food in the refrigerator! You can help yourself to tea or coffee and make yourself at home. Red Michelin to consult! Perfectly situated for visiting Bruges with nearby underground parking... Very steep stairs so not suitable for young children or the elderly |

la quietude de cet etablissement bien qu'il soit tres pres du centre ville, sa decoration bourgeoise et son jardinet de plantes vertes et fleuries sans oublier la petite fontaine. L'accueil chaleureux des hotesses. Cet etablissement est difficilement accessible sans un GPS car a Brugge il y a un grand nombre de voies uniques. Aussi, je vous suggere de joindre une carte detaillee avec la reservation pour faciliter la vie des clients |
